Our Concierge Services offer the daily support that many of our seniors need. Whether it's companionship, errands or home cooked meals, all of our services are designed to help seniors live independently. As professional organizers we help clients improve their quality of life and the organization in their homes. Our passion for working with seniors has led to specialize in senior downsizing, senior move management, age in place support, and to open our concierge services division.

I am confused regarding this review. I can’t imagine what circumstances would cause someone to post a review 14 months later. As I was leaving this clients home on November 9th, 2014, he came out to my car and told me how happy he was with the results, and how grateful he felt for all our hard work! I pride myself on my client’s satisfaction, and go to great efforts to ensure that I meet or exceed their expectations. I also ensure that on each job, every detail is discussed and agreed upon along the way. I know that it was a very difficult time for the client and his wife as she was dealing with grief from her mother's passing. He and I had talked about being respectful of that situation while still being able to achieve the organizational goals for the kitchen, pantry and breakfast area. The client’s wife went through every single box before anything was donated, and was involved in the process to the degree she was comfortable. My colleague Pam and I treated her with the utmost sensitivity and respect. Reflecting on the time we spent with the clients, neither one of us felt that we could or would have handled anything differently or with more sensitivity.

Description of Work: Sandra helped me from beginning to end with a fix and flip project. She helped me with the staging and also gave me her guidance with appropriate paint colors, flooring, and other interior design tips that really turned out well

When Debbie walked into my townhome she immediately commented on things that looked good and organized and then she helped me decide what needed to be changed. She was correct about everything and then proceeded to get it done for me. I have never been more impressed with anyone's organizational skills as I am with Debbie's! We had to move furniture upstairs and a desk had to be moved downstairs. I recruited some yard workers to give us a hand and it worked beautifully...for a box of cookies and a tip! I have been downsizing from a ten room home in 1991 and still have more to do...Debbie made my life easier, better organized and more informed (aware, alert) about where things are now. Hope to use her again if things need reorganizingj! Thanks so much for recommending such a wonderful organizer! Just to give you an idea of the things Debbie had to do here: I am a retired public official, twice widowed, and have three adult children and six grandsons between 13-21. I moved to Florida at retirement in 1995 and have moved frequently since then. I finally bought this townhome in 2012 and still trying to fit all my stuff into a smaller space. I am also a public speaker and a published author and in the process of writing another book. Angie's List has saved my sanity and my life!
Description of Work: Explained what needed to be done to get my townhome better organized and then did it! She is terrific and made my life easier...I have been worrying about where to put things for two years and she knew immediately exactly what to do and then she did it. She is not just professional but is a very gifted organizer!

Debbie could not have been more efficient. She went through Dad's house like a machine and was able to sell, donate, recycle or dispose of his belongings. She contacted antiquities dealers to sell the antiques as well as removed chemicals that required special processing. She held garage sales where I was able to earn some extra cash and completely organized Dad's papers so that I could settle his estate easily. I plan on using her to organize my closets at my house.
Description of Work: My father just passed away and his house was filled with furniture, housewares and papers. St Johns Organizers cleaned and organized all of his documents, sold or recycled his housewares, and provided me with a house that is ready to sell.

My Aunt Carolyn was approaching the advanced stages of dementia, and coupled with her innate stubbornness and love of routine, it was going to be a tremendous challenge to move her. As if those factors weren’t challenge enough, we were trying to accomplish the move long distance (me in Oregon at the time and Carolyn in Fort Lauderdale, Florida). The goal was to cause the least disruption to her life, and Debbie never lost sight of that. Debbie’s suggestions to minimize the “shock to her system” were incredibly creative. From rounding up help from her neighbors to distract her, to matching the placement of her things in her new apartment, her ideas were full of TLC, and executed perfectly. She and her crew managed everything beautifully at both her old apartment and the new one, and her attention to detail was breathtaking. The old apartment was left spotless and the new one looked so much like it that Aunt Carolyn’s adjustment was much easier. Debbie was so much more than supportive in the whole process…she managed the entire operation with military precision! I can’t imagine what the process would have been like if she hadn’t been there. She came through with flying colors.

No delays, schedule kept perfectly and always called to update and keep me informed. They delivered exactly what was promised ( a little better than my expectations) and I am very happy.
Description of Work: Custom garage flooring and installation of custom cabinets. Completely reorganized all my stuff and cleaned up everything. Always punctual and always let me know what was going on. Will be using them for some custom closets soon. Highly recommended.
