Description of Work: This house had been flooded and left unattended and was overtaken by MOLD. Seller lived out of town and hired a company (site unseen) to rehab the house. This company took him to the cleaners and left the house in a bigger mess than it was after the flood. Louie and his crew came in and started from scratch and redone the house to the point it looks like new. He met with the seller in person and did a walk through to make sure the seller was happy. He did the work in record time because the seller wanted to get the house on the market to sell., Everything from plumbing, to drywall, painting, pressure washing, flooring and more had to be done.
