+ -1 moreI hired Richard to do a wind mitigation inspection for $65. After he did the inspection, in which he assured me that I qualified me for a wind mitigation discount because I have the required construction, he also talked me into doing a roof inspection (additional $60) which would give my insurance company a report that stated that I had 5 years left on my roof. His inspection netted me no discounts and had obvious errors that he denies or is willing to correct. When I pointed out the errors, his reply was that his report is correct although he didn't even bother to review it for his errors. Don't waste your money, he doesn't care.
