The cost comes out with our property taxes. We haven't had any problems with them, they're convenient. We just buy two large bins then we roll them out into the curb and they have a truck that picks it up and dumps it in. They did away with the garbage men. The only drawback is when we have bulky items you're supposed to tag them early out the next day, and they have not been tagging items lately and when we found out we had to call, I guess the driver gets too lazy to get out of his truck. If you had a couch that you were disposing off, the driver of the automated truck is supposed to get out and put a tag on it and then make a note of it in his log, he turns it in at the end of the day and then they put it in the system for the manual guys to come out, pick it up and load it on the truck the following day. The last few times we've left stuff out and our neighbors the guy did not tag them, we had to call the company and put them in on the list. Other than that, they had been pretty good.
