The price and installation were excellent. My disappointment came with trying to contact Mr. Geary with problems after the initial work was done. Mr. Geary has assured me going forward he will make every effort to be available if I have any additional problems with the system.

Excellent service and very professional crew. They started by testing the 8 zones of my irrigation system to determine where the problem area was. Once they had it identified the gave me a quote for repair of the system. They then dug up and repalced the bad valve and capped a zone I had requested. Prior to completion they tested the entire system one more time to insure there were no other leaks and verified that my water meter was no longer constantly running. Great Job for a very fair price.

Installation to include much hand digging due to yard layout & existing pavement, plus irrigation of herb garden, an especially difficult area. Upon completion, control wiring ran directly over top & center of concrete pad & screws holding panel in place extended through outside of house. I built small insert & Patrick returned & re-screwed panel. Wiring was not moved. A few weeks later while weeding I found about 20 ft of piping had been lain under mulch on top of the ground. Multiple sprinkler heads were either buried below ground surface or just lying below mulch on top of ground. I called & Patrick promised to correct. 4 weeks later, multiple calls, no repair. When I said I would report him, he moved wiring & buried some pipe but only about 4 inches deep. I've reburied piping & raised/lowered some heads but still have many to do plus herb garden. No follow up since. He rarely returns calls, has become sarcastic & I am too frustrated to continue to request proper installation repair
