SILVERMAN FENCE

Everything was on point right up to install day. No communication. They cut my internet fiber even after I told them it was near where they would be setting a post. Poor customer service after the installation. Did not even install the fence as I had requested it. Was not level at all. Shoddy work all around. Would definitely NOT recommend this company

It was excellent, I already used them in the past. The installation is very good and its very detailed.

Outstanding job taking down existing fence and installing the new one in February. But, within two months after installation (April), I have counted 22 boards that have either split and/or twisted/warped, thus far! So buyer beware: THERE'S NO WARRANTY IF THE WOOD SPLITS, TWISTS OR WARPS. Lastly, here is some sage advice: avoid the heartburn and, most importantly, save your money. DO NOT PURCHASE A WOODEN FENCE!!!

I have never been so happy with any services I have ever had before. They were always on time, professional, friendly, and hard working. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs work done. My yard is beautiful now ....THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!

we have had to call them back out several times for material and workmanship issues. poor quality of materials. several fence slats needed replacing because of splitting and a couple completely fell off. we just called this morning for yet another issue because our gate is coming apart and their response was, we are out of warranty and want to charge $75.00 just to come out. I understand about being out of warranty but based on the past service calls a gate should not start falling apart after only a year. Extremely disappointed in Silverman fence and will not use or recommend them.

They did a wonderful job, and I would definitely rehire them for work in the future. They were professional, courteous, showed respect for our property and time, and communication was great.

We called the morning of 9/5/19 to schedule them to come, and were told they had two men who were available that morning! So appreciated the quick service!! Will (Gunner) & Johnny arrived and within a 1 to 2 hr period had the work done and cleaned up. They were professional and yet friendly. Have previously used Silverman Fence to install a complete new fence a couple of years ago. Always pleased with their service!!!

Silverman quality builds their fence panels in a local warehouse and delivers them to the job site for fast, easy installation. This is great if you are on a typical flat Florida parcel. We are on a slope and so they had to factor in on-site labor leaving us with estimates more than double our highest bid. They use cedar boards instead of treated pine like the other fencing companies, leaving us baffled about the price. We researched this wood and it is supposed to be much cheaper than the treated pine. I was left feeling confident they’d get the job done well, but the price knocked them off the list.

Did everything they said and even did more than I thought because I did not read the estimate closely which was a good surprise

These guys were incredible. They demolished the old fence and erected a high-quality new fence in its place. The completed the work a day ahead of schedule. My back yard has never looked better. They were very punctual and very respectful of my property. I would use them again any time.

Everyone at Silverman fence was an absolute pleasure to deal with, this included the estimator, the people in the office, and the installer. The actually were able to install my fence earlier than anticipated. The installers arrived on time, they were polite, professional and worked hard. The fence turned out beautiful and is exactly what I was looking for. I am very happy with the Silverman and recommend them to anyone looking for a professional job at a reasonable price!

Excellent company. They took down the old fence,and haul it away. New fence was installed. They did a great job.

The Sale Rep came out on time and understood what I wanted. The Office Staff and Owner wrote up the proposal and email it to me within a day or two. I accepted the proposal and obtain the service. I love these folks so much, I have a pending proposal for the opposite side of my house gate. Thank you Silverman Fence

Very good. A short section of fence was replaced due to rotten wood. A few new posts were installed, and panels blown loose by the storm were refastened.

I called Silverman Fence after researching on Angie's List. Price quoted was reasonable, so the work was scheduled. This was early June, 2017. Felt very confident from the glowing reviews here. I'm giving them a D instead of an F only because the owner was accommodating, and did not expect payment until I was satisfied. However, that took them sending a crew 4 times to do things like rebuild the gates, install correct hinges and replace split wood. The first set of hinges were actually bent when installed, and many of the lag bolts were installed crooked. The owner told me they were the incorrect hinges. After working on the hinges, the gates were still connected to the metal frame incorrectly - also according to the owner, and many of the boards were split and had deep hammer marks. One of the screws connecting it to the metal frame missed the frame entirely and the threads were stripped. Their correction for that was actually using glue to hold on the nut, and leaving the bolt exactly where it had been - still missing the frame. I sent detailed pictures to the owner every time, remaining calm, but expressing my deep disappointment. Was told that the fence should not be connected to the metal frame with screws. They had to rebuild both gates because of this, not to mention they were not level and one of the 6 X 6 posts put in was split clean through where the hinge was connected. I After every time, they left sawdust, nails and other debris. The last time, they seemed to get it right - believe me, I put a level on top of the fence and gates, so I paid the invoice. Recently, I started noticing the one of the gates had started to sag and it scraped on the driveway when opened half way. Looking out at the fence from my laundry room, the gate was clearly sagging. I put the level on top and it was no longer level. The difference in the gap between the two fence sections at top and bottom was almost 1.5 inches. I was about to call and inquire about warranty service, but then saw that my neighbor had a similar fence installed by Duval Fence. I'll be calling them to do the repairs. I'm not interested in having Silverman Fence out as their installer crews seem to not be up to the task, and I don't need the aggravation. Professionalism rating goes to the install crew. I would not hire this company. By the way, the neighbors fence and gates survived the recent hurricane - mine did not.

Pretty well. Fence did not go completely to the ground. They came back and fixed for an extra fee.

Appointment made and kept in a timely fashion. Bid for work was reasonable. Work was done quickly and was of excellent quality.

First, I dealt with the office & even went by the business to look at types of wood, style, etc. Deana & Lynda were a big help! The men, Todd & Ron, arrived on time and both introduced themselves. Then they got to work. I had some questions and Todd would stop and show me how it was done. Had the best attitude for explaining things! Both of the men worked with smiles, and were done before the end of the day. They cleaned up and took all the old fencing with them. These were the best couple of guys I've ever hired to do anything!

polite arrived on time - completed in reasonable time. they could remove 3 posts we could not get out-as we had already removed the 30 yr old fence. fencing install done as expected

Everyone was very polite and professional. They were willing to answer our questions and were punctual. They performed the Installation for the price that was quoted.

Work was excellent. The workers were, friendly, professional and showed up on time. I would hire them again.
