S&B LANDSCAPING

Mower on Monument sidewalk threw a rock and hit my rear passenger window. Stopped turned around and went back only to be told, I didn't do that and you can't prove it like petulant 3 year old. BAD ATTITUDE! Claimed that a mulcher wouldn't throw a rock. Well, I have a window that says something else. No acceptance of responsibility for his actions. Now I have a $400.00 repair bill for something I didn't do.

I had S&B Landscaping as my lawn mowing guy for almost 4 years. Then, in June of 2019 he disappeared. Scott Banning would not answer my phone calls or respond to my texts. No heads up, nothing. Just gone. He was cutting weekly at the time so when he missed a week I thought nothing of it. Sometimes extra rain delays things. I figured he would come the following week. Nope. No show. No call. Unacceptable. I would not hire S&B Landscaping or Scott Banning if I were you. Not reliable.

STAY AWAY!!! VERY CRUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, USED VULGAR AN THREATENING LANGUAGE TOWARD ME. Used services about a month, company failed to trim hedges last time. Call for a cut and the response I got was very unprofessional to say the least. Scott told me to F*** off and when I told him I would give him a bad review he tol me to stick Angie’s List Reviews up my a**. Never dealt with a company like this before. Would never ever consider using them again. They advertise for $100 a cut and them turn on you like this. Hope they go out of business. I feel violated.

Called on Friday 6/23 to arrange for lawn maintenance estimate. Spoke with owner, good conversation, everything seemed ok. He said he would come by on Saturday 6/24 around noon. Never showed up, never called. I can only wonder if this is how they treat potential customers what are they like when they have your money! No thanks, I moved on and found and hired a professional reputable lawn service.

I have tried many lawn services. S & B has been working for me for 6 months. They are on time, professional, treat me like I'm their only customer. I only recommend him. Why go any where else, he is perfect. He is very honest.

Use this yard maintenance company for approx. a month but terminated it due to very poor work. Then problems started. Took my leaving personally and employee used vulgar language and actions. Unfortunately my neighbor still uses this company for yard service and they dump yard waste from my neighbors yard on mine. I think they do this to be vindictive. When I called owner he cut me off and did not want to hear my complaint obviously just taking his employees word. This is the worse outfit that I have ever hired and anybody using them should think twice. Owner out of touch and employees abusive.
