+ -1 moreThey were completely disorganized (I had to act like the project manager! I should have billed them my hours!), threw trash in the middle of our yard instead of a dumpster (like they did when they did our neighbor's). They broke a water pipe and caused water damage. We are having issues (and still are having issues) with all our exterior doors they bought and they installed. They refused to fix them, putting the blame on the door manufacturer (complete BS). We hired a lawyer to try to work something out, go to court, etc... and next thing we know they suddenly declared bankruptcy. There was nothing we could do at that point apparently, according to our lawyer. They were horrible, and we have a home with messed up doors. Do not hire this company, ever, ever, ever.
Description of Work: S M M Soffit and Siding did the siding to our house, and all the exterior doors. We had to hire a lawyer due to the poor quality of the door installation, but they declared bankruptcy.

+ 0 moreIt was just an okay experience with S M M Soffit & Siding Inc. I liked the sales job and the installation of the siding, but the painting of the door and siding was not good. They painted the siding and doors when it was raining and it peeled two days later.
Description of Work: S M M Soffit & Siding Inc installed new siding on my home.
