Rusty was professional and courteous. He's very friendly, and reported his finding to me immediately on the spot. While my hot tub leak was inaccessible during Rusty's visit, he recommended a competitor to help with my repair (which involved hydraulic lifts etc). I would definitely trust Rusty with any pool repair or plumbing for the pool fixtures.

Before we could schedule an appointment, Rusty gave us a couple of things to try ourselves and it worked! He is very professional and knowledgeable. We will hire him for any service work we need on our pool or equipment. Support our local business owners!!!

Great! I called Rusty on a Friday morning and he promptly answered and then came out as promised that same afternoon to diagnose the deafening sounds coming from my 10 year old, worn out pool pump motor. He quoted me the price and upon my acceptance, called his parts place and got the new motor ordered and also a new timer to replace my inoperable one. The parts came in Monday afternoon and by Tuesday afternoon, he had it all fixed and running quietly and also adjusted my pool's water ph and chlorine levels. Of all the service professionals I have come across in my entire life, he is the absolute best service guy I have ever used! All the adjectives one could use for a true service professional apply to this guy: prompt, reliable, friendly, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced for the work he did and time he spent. Can rest safely regarding any future pool repairs and/or maintenance now that I know he is available.

My previous companies just sent techs out who knew nothing more than how to clean a pool. There was no proactive approach to pool service. Rusty has taken a serious interest in my pool and my problems since day 1. We have some complicated issues which have not yet been resolved but he has tackled them and has brought in other experts to help. Further, his prices have been extremely reasonable. He's also totally responsive and professional - for example, I had a paving job done which resulted in tons of dust and debris in the pool. I asked Rusty to service the pool asap and he made it over 2 days early. So far (3-4 months) he has far and away surpassed the service I have received elsewhere for the last 4 years.

I recently purchased a foreclosed home with a pool. It looked like a swamp. It clearly hadn't been maintained in quite a while and needed a lot of work. Rusty currently maintains our personal pool so I knew I could trust him to clean up our new rental property pool and get it in shape. Rusty was referred by Dan of Danscape - they are related. He is very professional and has extensive knowledge on maintaining pools and its equipment. If you own a pool and have had someone maintaining it more than likely it has taken a few tries to get someone who 1) you trust and 2) is looking after your best interest moneywise. Our pool is regular chlorine with a cartridge filtering system. While relatively clean I was envious of how clear our neighbor's pool was in comparison. After another bad interaction with our pool guy we fired him and hired Rusty. First week he spent hours getting to know our pool and analyzing the chemicals etc. Within a week he had it as clean as the neighbors. He made some no pressure low budget recommendations to enhance it further which we have done over the past few months. So net net we have an absolutely clean gorgeous pool and Rusty does his weekly check but for the most part it is relatively maintenance free. Highly recommend Rusty - he knows pools and is focused on delivering the best customer experience possible.
