Description of Work: Moved a bedroom of furniture from Waycross, Ga to Orange Park, Florida. very prompt and efficient . Two guys were very courteous and polite. Move was completed by 2:00 pm. Would definitely use again. Price was very competitive.

Description of Work: No complaints on the workers just their bosses. I was quoted on the phone 2 months prior to leaving and was given a quote of $1,800. I told him exactly what I had and he told me it would not be over that amount for the entire move. I question myself on how he can do that without physically coming to my home to give me a quote. I will never believe a quote on the phone again in regards to anything I do. His quote of $1,800 was very clear as I repeated it back to him that that included the entire move and Storage. When they picked our things up they had to get another truck because theirs was very small and then tried to charge me $2,600 for the one way and Storage. It was not my fault they brought a small truck. Then when they delivered my things a few days later they informed me that I owed another $1,200. Wayne, the gentleman that originally gave me the quote did not what he told me and said he only gave me the quote for one way. Not only did they double charged me they put a 6 foot gash in my brand new dining room table and on the leg of my new bed. I DID NOT misunderstand Wayne during our original conversation. I want all of you to have any mover physically come out to your home and give you a quote on site. Worst experience I've ever had and will never use this company again. Once again, the guys that did the moving work great and work on my side in regards to getting the money straight. They've admitted to me that they agreed that they were overcharging me on the moving charges. Now if their own workers agreed that I was getting screwed,then what does that tell you?!?!

Description of Work: We needed to move 1/2 of our belongings to temporary housing for 6 months, store 1/2 of our belongings with them for 6 months, and then move both sets of belongings to our new house. There were a lot of moving parts, belongings out of site for a long period of time...and Royal Movers was phenomenal! They did exactly what they promised, and for 1/4 of the price of a big line moving company. I'd recommend them to anyone!

 + -1 moreOur experience with Royal Moving and Storage was fantastic. We would highly recommend them. Adam, AJ and Cory were our moving crew. They called the morning of the move, showed up on time and proceeded to work non stop, until the job was done. We moved from a second level 3bdrm/2bath with garage into a 3bdrm, 2.5 bath townhouse and we have oversized furniture. They took no breaks and certainly did not "milk the clock', which was one of our concerns with a "by the hour" contract. The guys made sure our furniture and electronics were well padded and taped. No damage at all. There were no unexpected or hidden charges. Upon arrival to our home, we introduced ourselves to the crew, showed them a bathroom available for them and provided them with a case of bottled water. I believe that is only polite and was certainly appreciated by them. Again, our thanks to Adam, AJ and Cory, we really appreciate all your hard work.  + -1 moreThey did a great super job and I would hire them again. They charge $99.00 for truck and $99.00 for first hour. Then $99.00 for every hour afterwards. They worked great and fast. Total for a 3 bedroom type house and outside furniture and 10% fuel charge and 5% Angie's list discount was $798.00.
