The individual I spoke with on the phone seemed pleasant.

It went great. I contacted the company via phone, mentioning I was an Angie's List Member and was given the discount package. I was called in advance of our move date to confirm and the morning of by the actual driver. They showed up on time and moved us quickly and safely with no issues. We were naturally apprehensive in moving into our brand new home because everything was in perfect shape but they were super careful and did a great job! They even helped us move a few heavy things upstairs that we had already moved into the home. Would highly recommend.

Wrapped all our furniture in shrink wrap. Very courteous and professional.

My only ding on the great price is the 10% fuel surcharge. We moved about 6 miles from our old house, but paid $80 for the fuel charge. I'd still recommend them though. Be sure to tip the actual movers--it is a big part of their compensation, and you will find they definitely deserve it! We had several pieces that were either heavy or needed to be disassembled. They made it look it easy.

Sonny and Wayne were great. The movers were great. All items were delivered in pristine condition. However, it is exactly 8.5 miles between the two houses. It took the truck 46 minutes to cover that ground. Granted it's Blanding Blvd. and traffic was heavy. But if it took the Mayor 45 minutes to go 8.5 miles, he would have the City Commissioners shot. Thank you for your good work.

Ahmed, Hussein and Eric were excellent....they were prompt, courteous, attentive and hard-working. I would definitely call on them again! Also, Sonny, the manager, was very flexible and easy to work with, and their equipment was very good.. A+ all around.

They arrived on time. Most small items had been packed and moved already, so they completed the move quickly in the 3-hour special ($375 for 3-hours) that had been quoted. Just under 1.5 hours to load; same to unload. They arrived on time and had plenty of moving blanket and clear wrapping plastic for items. there was one small mishap with a desk falling and making a small hole in a wall. It was a very heavy item, so accidents happen. They knocked off charges for the moving supplies if I would take care of that repair myself, which was a fair trade on damages. With fuel surcharge, total was $412. Not at all bad for two guys, large truck, 3-hours of labor and courteous service. I will use them again in the future.

The team of movers assigned to us were excellent. They moved our furniture with care and precision. They were friendly yet professional. In addition, they were wonderful in placing the furniture in our new home exactly where we wanted it. I would definitely use this provider again!

Kion and Ronnie were excellent - best I've experienced with movers. Very professional in manner and efficient in organizing this multi-home drop off move. This efficiency helped in keeping my costs within my budget and nothing broken or scratched. Well done Royal Moving!

Ahmed and crew arrived on time on packing day and spent about 7 hours packing fragile items as well as the entire kitchen, dining room, much of the garage and miscellaneous other items. They were happy to use boxes we had on hand and also used much of their own material as needed. The following day they packed all our belongings, including more than 100 boxes we packed ourselves and moved them to their own storage facility. When our new home was ready, the same crew (Ahmed, Hussein, Robert) moved us into our new home. We were pleased with their professionalism, friendly attitude, the care taken with our belongings, and the care taken to prevent our home (including wood floors) from damage. One minor glitch was handled just as we asked, otherwise a near-perfect move; no damage to any of our household goods. I would highly recommend Royal M&S, especially Ahmed and crew, for any move. Not the "cheapest" moving company but the price is well worth the results.

Is there an A+++ rating I can give? AMAZED at these guys! We have hired movers before but never with the exception service that this crew gave us. They were a bit early (but called first) and worked non stop the entire 4 hours. They were professional, quick, accommodating (where do you want this piece, should I go ahead and grab this lamp, etc.) and were friendlier than we would have been moving all our stuff...(should have seen our grumpiness the next day unpacking)...I am SO impressed with these guys and would recommend these movers to ANYONE! They treated our stuff like it was their own. Thank you a million times over for all your hard work this past weekend to Ahmed and the crew.

The guys actually just left here. And seriously this was the absolute best experience with movers we have ever had. They were on time, did not waste time, just had us moved and all set within 3 hours from start to finish. Carlos and Jonathan were our movers and they were awesome!

Carlos, JB & Andre were awesome! They were friendly and professional and i have to say worked really hard from start to finish. They took 1 quick lunch break but made sure they got everything done in the estimated time. I've used 4 different moving companies to date and this was my 2nd local in town move. This has to be the most professional group of people i've had the pleasure to work with. The packing was impeccable - the kind of packers you could use and not even get insurance! @ Carlos, JB & Andre - Thanks again for moving everything with no issues. The movers began on time at 9:10 am and packed all boxes already packed. They gave good advice about items not already packed and provided additional boxes and shrink wrap. The move was smooth and unload was without problems. There was only one item broken, a coffee cup. In all great movers and I would use them again.

The move could not have gone better. Carlos and his crew were a delight. They all were very professional and kept moving despite the heat.They had everything moved sucessfully and promtly. I would highly recomend this company to anyone.

They were great! The guys were super nice and helpful. They worked hard while here. They wrapped everything up and were super professional. We were very happy with them.

These guys were great. They called when they were on their way and showed up on time. When they got there, they realized the house was bigger than they expected but worked quickly and professionally to get the work done. I didn't have to coach them in what to do or how to get to the new house, and they showed up and unpacked quickly. At one point they moved some furniture upstairs (as I instructed them to) only to find that my wife wanted it downstairs, and they moved it back down with no issues. Also, there was a problem with my lint ventalation to my dryer that had nothing to do with the move, but at the time I didn't know the cause of the issue so I called to ask if perhaps it had been damaged/dropped, and they were very quick to respond and did not try to dodge any liability... and it turned out it wasn't even because of the move. I was very happy with their service. Will use again if I need movers.

Ahmed and his crew were fabulous! So much so that we asked for him specifically when it came time to move everything into our new home. We sold our house and had to move into a rental while our new home was being build. Therefore, our first move was to a storage unit and a two story town house. Once our home was completed, everything was moved into a two story home. During both moves, the crew arrived early and NEVER did I see them scuff a wall, handrail, baluster, nothing! Ahmed kept everyone in line and moving. Everyone we worked with was very professional.

Movers were on time, professional, and friendly. They did an excellent job.

I cannot begin to explain what a relief it was to have movers that took the time to wrap and pack items with care and efficiency. I could relax and know that the job would be done well. They were friendly and courteous-making the move fun vs. an arduous task. Please try them-you will not be disappointed!
