Description of Work: Moved my furniture/belongings from one home to another. Drivers were prompt, polite, efficient, and took a good deal of care both wrapping the furniture items and ensuring they did not damage any of the house doors etc while moving. Extremely hard working, the job was completed much sooner than I would have expected.

We completed a pack and move from [Removed member information], FL to[Removed member information], FL for Mr. [Removed member name]. There is no possible way my crew stopped for a 1.5 hour lunch. Customer was very happy at the end of the job and even tipped the movers $40 each. This is the first that we have heard of this concern from this customer. This could have been resolved without leaving a bad review for our company. We are even willing to reimburse this time just to show that we are not in the business to take advantage of people. Description of Work: Moved a three bedroom condo and packed some items. They were very efficient loading the truck with furniture and boxed items, but They took longer than expected to pack loose items. They were a lot slower than the packers contracted by the military.

Description of Work: Moved from a three story townhouse with tight stairs and a second story entrance into a two story single family house. The movers never once mentioned the stairs or the difficulty moving a king size adjustable bed, or exercise equipment from the third floor. Just know that the three hours offered in the Angie's list offer is not a lot of time. Our move took closer to eight hours.
