As a family owned and operated business everything begins and ends with us. Our plant material is grown at one of our nursery locations. Our sod is cut and delivered to you the day of installation. We are onsite to answer any questions you may have on every landscape installation. We service the the greater Jacksonville area as well as St. Augustine making all of our services easily accessible to you.

Description of Work: The deal was $149.00 for FOUR hours of work. They showed up about 20-25 minutes late (no problem there) but they left about 2 hours later and there was more cleanup they could have done. To be honest, I had forgotten it was for - 4- hours of work or I would have insisted that the two men do more than what they had done. The price would have been good if they had worked for 4 hours instead of 2 hours.

Please when purchasing these deals read the entire description. 2 hours with two people. 4 hours with one. There were two people at your house for two hours as you described in your review even though when speaking with you you stated there was only 20 minutes of work to do.

[Member Name Removed], We put you in on top of a busy schedule which you were aware of to accommodate your purchase of bare root plants from another vendor which we then planted for you even though it was not part of the deal. There were three employees on on your job even though the deal clearly states two. Stayed 30 minutes longer even though the deal clearly states 2 hours and I did not charge you for the extra time. After reading your one sided review, we won't work for you again.

It was a pleasure working for you. I apologize for our tardiness. This happens in landscaping when unexpected things arise on jobs. The sod wasn't laid low enough so the gate wouldn't open. You called to address this problem and we sent someone out the next day to fix the issue. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding the plant material.

Description of Work: Overall good job. I will say when buying such short period of time, using a leaf blower is of no interest to me. But, I personally feel this is one of the most foolish tools ever invented. I asked for more trimming instead and that is what the guys did.
