I like that they came out pretty quickly, they were awesome. terrible It kept breaking and they said that they could only. so it broke the first time and they came out and they fixed it temporarily fixed it and it was bound to break again so it did break again and I was like it was the same thing and it was not the same area, it didn't covered by our last job I was like why you came out and fix like a tiny portion and you knew that it would break near by and they wouldn't covered others the thing I don't get a warranty with it.

The employees of Roto-rooter were called in after the first plumbing firm could not seem to fix the sewage back up in our newly purchased home. Roto-rooter employees were enthusiastic, on time, competent, and they completely replaced the whole drainage system and installed a sump pump. They had to dig under our house, bore holes in the concrete walls, rip up the bathrooms, and dig up the front and back yard in order to replace the rusted drain pipes. These Roto-Rooter guys, led by Mike, took over and got the huge job done with dispatch. They knew their job and worked well together. This was a stressful time for us, as we could not use the plumbing in our house for about 4 days, but the Roto-Rooter team made us feel at ease the entire time. They worked very well around our house of three big dogs and a nervous cat; they even made friends by the end of the job. We now have a new drainage system that works with no problems what-so-ever. Thank you, Roto-Rooter!

Good, my wife Rose was pleased with the work and professionalism of Daniel Deluca and Jeff Hiltner. They searched for my main sewer line, which I had no idea where it would be, and proceeded to "plan B" to resolve our problem.

They aren't the cheapest but they are reliable and they do very good work. Paul was the plumber that came out. He was very competent and very fair.

In August 2015, I purchased a new home with several plumbing problems. Errol A. did an amazing job and showed a level of dedication to get the job done that I have never seen by a plumber. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and did an amazing job. I highly recommend Roto Rooter and will use them in the future for any plumbing needs that arise.

The technician arrived approximately one hour after I made the online appointment. He was very professional and explained the cost and procedure before beginning any work. My clogged drain was cleared within 30 minutes of his arrival.

I used the on-line schedule appointment program offered by Roto-Rooter in the early morning hours, and I received an email an hour later stating my appointment time per my preference. The technician came out, assessed the problem, and offered several options, and recommendations (which I appreciated since this is a special field). The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the technician was thoughtful to wear the booties, and protect the flooring in the bathroom. I definitely recommend using Roto-Rooter for the next drain clog. Their price appeared to be on the high side, but it's worth paying more for a specialist.

It went great. He was very helpful and put extra lube around the valve to prevent further issues.

Work man showed up from rotor router should've known there was going to be problems didn't have the tools to perform The service I needed well snaking the drain busted the discharge pipe. Found out later that he was a total incompetent that they hired. I can tell you this for sure they do not back there work I ended up having to pay close to $400 for the repairs and tear my wall out when the technician came over after I'd come back from being deployed overseas they stated that I waited too long to request assistance from the company and that they would not help me at all even to make the repair I do not recommend this company they are a total F.

They came out and cut holes in my walls and didn't fix them! I am very disappointed that they left my walls in this condition. I've called them and they keep giving me the run around. They arrived late on Friday and ended up having to leave twice. They left and wanted to come back Saturday but I couldn't due to a hair appointment so we agreed on Sunday. I missed church and they never showed. They called but I was so upset that I didn't call them back right away. Monday after I got off work they were supposed to arrive around 7pm and they didn't arrive until almost 9pm and they continued to inspect the leak and found two leaks, one in my main bathroom sink bowl and the other was main bathroom around the valve. He stated it would cost another $200.00 to fix it. I asked him to leave and that I wasn't paying anything more. I finally talked to the manager and he asked what it would take to make me a satisfied customer. I advised I wanted my drywall fixed and he informed me that they didn't do drywall repair. I will never make this mistake again.

i noticed a small leak in our water heater this morning. so i called Roto-Rooter at 7:30am, and John was at my door by 10am. he did his best to try and fix the leak, but it was not possible. so he went back to the office, brought a new water heater, installed it, and was done by noon. he even showed me how to do some basic quarterly maintenance to extend the life of the water heater!

Very poorly. First of all this outfit refused to provide quote over phone, insisted survey had to be made at the home. I got 2 other quotes both of which got plenty of info from me over the phone to give me verbal quotes right then. The technician sent could not read English and could barely speak English. So he could not read our gated communities cleary posted signage instructions for entrance to our neighborhood and had trouble getting to the house. In any case the fellow was polite and all but I could barely understand or speak with him since his English was so bad. The quote was much higher then my other two quotes for a heater of lesser quality. I was also given an install time frame of an entire day (I think that's what he was saying) when other quoters told me it would be 2 hours for the installation. I knew something was fishy for it to take an entire day to install a water heater that was easily accessible in the corner of the garage with unobstructed piping and conduit. I would save your self time and avoid this outfit altogether.

We have used Roto Rooter four times since we moved here in July, and we love them. They respond quickly, know what they're doing, and charge a reasonable price for the service.

Overall, I am quite satisfied with Roto Rooter. I had some concerns regarding scheduling and costs but this company wants to do their best for you. They bent over backwards to make sure I was happy addressing every concern I had.That's rare today. Would I use this company again? Absolutely! Did they do a good job? Yes. What's good about them? Well, They normally do everything they can to get out to you the day you call. They actually work 24 hours per day at no extra charge. I recently had them come out at 3 o'clock in the morning to fix a problem. They get in, do the job and get out as fast as possible, going on to the next job. I have no issues with the quality of work performed. When they fix something, it's fixed. Finally, this is a company that cares about what you think. If you are unhappy with something they want to make it right. INTEGRITY, yes. I highly recommend this company.

Went to take a shower Friday afternoon and found we had no water pressure. Called JEA and left the house. Within 2 hours a JEA technician came, turned off the water to house and left us a note stating we had a leak on our side of the meter. When I returned that evening I immediate went to Angie's list for a recommended plumber's name and found Roto-Rooter Plumbing in St. Augustine listed. Spoke to their emergency number who contacted Richard of Roto-Rooter. He called immediately and offered to come right away, but I told him the next morning was fine. He changed one appointment and said he would be at our home at 8:30AM. He was there on time and found and fixed the pipe quickly. He was very professional and gave me very good plumbing advice. We plan to call Richard and Roto-Rooter after the holidays for some pro-active plumbing work. We were very happy with our experience.

Though the plumber showed up outside of the anticipated time window, the dispatcher had contacted me at regular intervals to keep me updated so I wasn't sitting around waiting. Once the plumber arrived he quickly assessed the problem, gave me the exact cost to fix it, and got to work after getting my approval to proceed. He kept his work area very tidy and finished up quickly. He explained the invoice (matched what he quoted) and the 6 month warranty then was on his way after receiving our payment. He was quite friendly and professional - I would definitely use this company again.

The plumber was on time. he took a few minutes to read the State Farm request, then performed the "site inspection" and completed the State Farm Form.. When he got back to his office and filed his paper work, the home office e-mailed me a receipt that I could attach to the State Fsarm Form as Proof of service by a licensed plumber.

The technician came out to check out a washing machine drain line that was backing up. He checked that and accidentally caused another line to break. We now have a mess in our house from the second line damage. We also do not have hot water. Roto Rooter came back out tonight and did not fix anything. They did, however, give us a quote for another $1450 to break our floor. We already paid $518 and are in worse shape than before Roto Rooter came. We would not use this company again.

The tech searched for an outside pipe, but since our home was built in 1983, it was buried underground with no access. In order to save us time and money, he went through the roof-top vents. With-in 45 minutes or so, he had everything unclogged and working beatifully. He was both pleasant and professional. In addition, we received a 6 month guarantee! I would not hesitate to hire or recommend this company and their service again.!!!

Excellent service by plumber today. He was very prompt and also finished quickly. More importantly, he was able to give me options for repairs and was able to find a solution that did not require cutting a hole in the wall or re-doing the tile in my tub! The work was done well and the tub is fully functional again. I've used Roto Rooter for close to 15 yrs and I've really always been impressed with their service. I have an older house so when something breaks, it is not an easy fix, and the plumbers have always been able to repair something that works better in the long run. Several times over the years, I have found an individual plumber who is so awesome that I request him, and Roto-Rooter always honors those requests. I really appreciate their willingness to find alternative solutions and give me options for a little repair or a big overhaul. I have almost never had a job that wasn't extremely well done, and when I do, they are quick to send the plumber back out for a re-do. In terms of cost, I gave a "B" because I am always amazed at how much a plumbing repair costs. I once spent $200 to get a dime out of my kitchen disposal (My $200 dime). However, I think that Roto-Rooter is fair and competitive with their costs, and I always know I am going to get quality work and service. That is worth a reasonable cost.

It turned out really well. I've been using them for years and years. The guy was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. He came twice and I really liked him. It is usually a different person and I had asked for him again. The price was very reasonable. They don't suggest or force anything that is not necessary. Everything was wonderful. I will continue to use them.
