Description of Work: They were supposed to come out between 1-5pm. I called to see if they were coming and they said they would be there soon, the tech was held up at another job. I called again after awhile, and the tech was still held up, might be about 7-7:30pm. Finally at about 8:15pm, they called me to let me know that the tech was on his way but being where he was, it would be another 45 minutes. I waited until after 9 pm, just to get an estimate to resize pipes to put in a water heater. Never again.
