 + 0 moreIt took Roto Rooter a long time to figure out what was wrong. It took them three people to get it done. They did complete the task to my satisfaction.
Description of Work: Roto Rooter checked to see if there were problems in the pipes as we had backup in the bathroom. They had to clean out the pipes to take care of the backup by replacing all of the pipes leading to the bathroom.

 + 0 moreWe were very appreciative of Roto-Rooter getting here so quickly, in less than an hour, considering that it was Sunday. The drain backs up about every two years, but this was the first time we called Roto-Rooter. I would not hesitate to use them again.

 + -1 moreThe leak developed on a Sunday, so I was satisfied that Roto-Rooter came within a few hours. Being new to the area, I did not know who to call, so I took a chance that Roto-Rooter would do good work. They did. It was a very professional job.
Description of Work: A leak developed in a pipe outside our house. It was a thin-walled PVC pipe that I may have clipped with my weed whacker. Roto-Rooter replaced the pipe with one that has thick lining and can not be so easily damaged.
