Dan, who repaired my chainsaw, was exceptionally professional and very customer oriented! My Stihl 032 AV is a early 1980’s chainsaw and the original points and condenser were worn out. Dan replaced this with a new solid state component and my chainsaw runs perfectly now! I can’t say enough about Dan’s professionalism and dedication to his trade! For that matter all the employees at Ronnie’s Repair Shop are top notch quality people. I highly recommend Ronnie’s Repair Shop to everyone looking for a quality equipment repair shop !!!

The price was reasonable. They do good work. They have been in business for a long time. He sells business and residential lawn equipment. They are easy to work with.

I have done business with Ronnie's for over 20 years. Recently, I had my Honda Mower tuned up there. It seems to run OK - that wasn't the problem. I went to change out the mower blade. Seems that when they did the tune-up and blade sharpening, they over-tightened the mower blade - had to be using a power wrench - it was WAY too tight - the specs call for a torque wrench of xx ft. lbs. Well, it was easily double that which can stretch the threads, lead to bolt failure etc. I was ticked because I had to take it back in to get them to loosen it. I asked for a new bolt since I started to strip it with my futile efforts to loosen it. Get this - they charged me for the bolt! I said, "Are you serious - you guys over-tightened it." Ronnie said it had been more than 30 days, so... $1.18. Unbelievable. Hey Ronnie, that $1.18 is going to be really expensive in the long run as I will NEVER buy another thing from you nor will I take my equipment to you. And I will repeat this story about your ridiculous approach to handling your shop's mistake. Oh, and did I mention that he NEVER apologized for their mistake that inconvenienced me - NO. Ronnie, WAKE UP, there are other options besides you guys.
