I used Rollin' Sound twice. The first time around I purchased a Pioneer cd player/stereo from them which they installed. There was the issue that they couldn't install some speakers that I had. I also had to wait for them to get some speaker boxes from another location and then they decided they would not fit in my truck. I used some new speakers that I bought for another vehicle that I inherited but later gave to and quot;Cars For Breast Cancerand quot;. I haven't been very happy with the sound with this stereo system, but that is another situation. This last time that I hired Rollin' Sound I HOPED to get the windows tinted in my Toyota Tacoma. I had replaced the back glass and the windshield so I had lost the tint strip on the windshield and all the tint to the back window. So RS merely had to strip the tint from the two windows and then to re-tint them and the other two glass surfaces. I started my waiting period inside Rollin' Sound in one of their waiting rooms but since it was quite warm in that room I decided to just try to watch the technician as he tinted the windows. I found the technician to be very antisocial and he seemed also to be quite angry. All of the conversation was forced and my level of comfort was very low. Still I tried to be friendly and to make some pleasant conversation. The tech told me how he is an and quot;old schooland quot; type window tinter and how his technique is different from other techs in other shops. As the job went along I asked the tech about the 1/8 of an inch gap of window tint that was lacking on the back glass and I also asked about what was perhaps a bubble on the right window glass. It was at this point that the technician decided to rip the tint off of the windows and the back glass. I went inside the office and spoke to the manager, the elder of the business, and he informed me that the technician was having a bad week. He told me that the technician had lost two of his dogs in that week and that he was very upset and that the technician didn't even want to come in to work that day. I didn't argue with this explanation and Rollin' Sound also did not offer anything but perhaps my going to their Philips Highway location. I did in fact call the other RS location but I decided later just to spend my hard earned money with a kinder and more professional company. I hired Firehouse Window Tinting. They were friendly and professional. The owner had a bible on his counter and they played Christian music on their flat screen tv. Now, I don't care so much that the guys at Firehouse are Christians but I do expect to be treated with courtesy and RESPECT since I can go spend my money anywhere. When Firehouse first tinted my windows they noticed there was a scratch on the film of the left driver window. They re-tinted tj that window for me on the spot. I also showed them where there was some water trapped under the film and they fixed that also. About four days later I noticed an air bubble on the same left driver window and it was up high near the window frame. The guys at Firehouse replaced that window film at no charge and they were COURTEOUS and RESPECTFUL of this concerned customer. All I can say is that you can either give your money to rough sewn redneck types or spend your money where the owners are more professional and courteous. And my brother knows the owner of Rollin' Sound. I also think this same company put another stereo in one of my early vehicles, say a decade or two ago. Whatever the case I won't use Rollin' Sound again. I was forced to drive around with ZERO window tinting on my truck after the technician had his childish tantrum. I say avoid this company because one of their technicians might be having a bad day or week. That said, I'm sorry if the technician lost some dogs but as a customer I was just trying to get my truck windows tinted. Perhaps the technician should have stayed home the day I met him.

The installation was completed on time and within the quoted cost. I have had no issues at all since the system was installed. The service before and after the sale was excellent.

It took approximately 2 hours, just as they said it would. The application looks perfect and the tinting works well.
