The experience with Rollin Sound and JB was awesome. They got the job done on budget and in less time than was quoted. Well done!

I bought a brand new car in March. I took it to an auto audio shop to have my subwoofer that I already owned hooked up in the trunk. I wasn't impressed with the sound so when I needed speakers I went somewhere else. The second shop installed speakers and it didn't rectify the problem, the bass was very distorted. About this time, I decided that I wanted to have an auxiliary port installed in my console for my iPod (couldn't believe this car didn't come with one). So, I finally looked Rollin Sound up on Angie's list. Not sure why I didn't start there. I decided to give them a try. Well, I was in for one heck of a surprise. JB, Chris and Matt discovered that the first audio shop didn't seal the grommets and there was water in my floorboard! Lots of water! They actually pulled up the carpet and fan dried it in their shop overnight. I freaked out right there in their shop. Went back the next day and the car was all dried out. Fortunately, this was caught before the carpet got soaked. I still have the new car smell thanks to these guys. Not to mention everything else that could have happened. They hooked up the subwoofer correctly and the bass was not distorted as it was before. Probably didn't even need the speakers that the second shop installed. Matt recommended that I get a bass knob that is mounted right on the dash. It controls the bass so I can adjust it according to the song that is playing on my iPod. This is handy because I listen to lots of different genres as I'm driving. This knob is GREAT! The second shop that installed my speakers told me about the knob, and they were going to install it, but once he opened up the car he said the wiring wasn't equipped to handle it. Bet I can guess what that was all about. After that I took it in to have a custom enclosure made for the trunk. Rollin Sound did a great job with that-sounds really nice. Looks way better than the box the first shop used, which was also the wrong size. Yesterday, they installed some killer daytime running lights. The prices are fair and reasonable and I will use these guys for all of my audio or lighting needs in the future. Highly recommend!!! PS--Beware of companies that work in flea markets!!!! Just saying.

I purchased a gift certificate for a birthday from this location on March 5th for my girlfriend's car and had the work performed on March 11th. At this time I was told that we would have to bring it back to them in two weeks to complete the work. I called one week later and was told that the next available appointment was 2 weeks away (now a 3 week wait). I made the appointment for 830am on Saturday, March 29th. We arrived on time, but the employees did not arrive until 850am. Shortly after 9am they took her car back and began working. About 20 minutes later we were asked to come back and advise specifically what we wanted accomplished. The worker acknowledged that he remembered doing our car a few weeks earlier at this time. Ten minutes later we were advised that they had done irreversible damage to the tint they applied on March 11th and the whole job would have to be re-done. This is aggrevating, but we understood and told the owner, J.B., to proceed. He replied that we would have to make an appointment to get the damage THEY did to her car repaired at a later date. J.B. told us that we could bring it in later in the week during the day (we both work and have already missed one day of work to have this done once) or we could simply go elsewhere. He was unwilling to repair the damage his technicians incurred on her vehicle and had no concern about the effect it had on his customers. The store closes at noon on Saturday, but he said "he did not have time" to stay one hour later and fix the damage. After asking the owner/manager every conceivable possible way I could think of to get this repaired and being told "no, I am sorry,but I can't", we were forced to have the entire job re-done at another local business costing me even more money, time and gas. Thankfully now the job is complete and the birthday gift was a success, but no thanks to the absolutely horrible service of the owner/management and employees at Rolln Sound.

They did a great job at a reasonable price. No issues a year after the installation.

It was the first time I had used them. They were very helpful during the install. Anytime I went back to them, they were more than willing to help.

The staff was very professional. They spent time with me to review my options and then scheduled the work. I have been very pleased with the results.

I dropped my car off before they opened and picked up my tinted car at 4pm. The workmanship was top notch. They do alot of tinting and were recommended from a body shop. The tint job makes my car look great and it blocks a lot of sun/heat.
