Description of Work: Rogers a/c has been servicing my rental units for years. They try first to repair and then look at replacements. I have some central a/c units over 20 years old. They have proven trustworthy and good stewards of my money.

+ -1 moreOutstanding service and product.Even though friends and neighbors told me I paid too much (as they always seem to do for everything you buy) I would have paid double to receive the same top notch service. Entire new unit was installed in hours!! If you appreciate over the top customer service and a quality product I HIGHLY reccomend these PRO's.

+ -1 moreIt turned out I needed a cleaning and repair. The heating was not functioning and it turned out the squirrel cage fan was the source of the problem. He took it all down, disassembled, lubricated it and put it back together. He checked the oil system out and he was very thorough, I'm very pleased with him. I worked piping all my life so I know he was doing what needed to be done, not just what he could get away with. I've dealt with this guy for quite a while and I've been happy with him. They've always been responsible and prompt for me, I've used them for the last 15 years and usually on an emergency basis. He's always been responsible and showed up at least within one 24 hour cycle. I've shopped others for pricing on complete systems and rehab, but as far as continuing service it's always been Roger. He's not the most cost effective, but also not over priced. I think he works with me because I give him so much work. There was once a manufacturer defect and he made it good.
Description of Work: Rogers Air Care serviced my AC. It was a cleaning and repair.
