Tree was removed but stump has never been removed. Stump removal was included in the price I paid him. It has been over TWO months since the tree was removed and the stump has STILL not been removed. I have called and spoken to Rowdy several times and he promises the stump will be removed. I have also left several messages for him and he has not returned my calls. Do not pay him in full until ALL the work has been completed! Very frustrated!!
