Description of Work: Did not use - he's booked out too far for this project, but Robert is a wealth of knowledge and old-fashioned "put your name on it" kind of work. Not cheap. High quality is not cheap folks.

NO SHOW FOR ESTIMATE
Description of Work: Called Robert Beese and scheduled appt for estimate for Friday, 2/5. He called and said he wouldn't be able to make it because a job took longer than expected so we rescheduled for today, 2/7, at 9:30 AM. Mr. Beese did not show. I tried to call him and it went directly to voice mail. It is now 1 hour later and have not heard anything. Will not set appt even if he calls.

{Member Name Removed], I am sorry for all the confusion, there was never any intentions to waste your time or get you this upset. I am a small company and stay very busy. but because i am a working owner and sometimes have to stay till job gets finished i have to move scheduled appointments around, and sometimes jobs just don't go as fast as we would like . it is my goal to ensure quality over everything else no matter what . i apologize for not making rescheduled meeting, but i honestly thought i gave you and another possible client a phone message about me not being able to meet the time due to me having to finish Sunday morning. the other client said she received hers but you must not have gotten yours for which i am sorry. so on Sunday when i did finish at 11.30 am and when i got in vehicle to leave job soon as i moved my truck i received a notice [ voice mail from you and one other ] that you were waiting on me i immediately attempted to reply with no success and left you a message on your phone apologizing for the confusion and said you could call me back at any time . you did not respond . so on Monday i gave another attempt to offer a direct apology with no success but left message of apology. once again i offer my sincere apologies for the communication issue an did not mean for this to happen. i hope you find someone who cares as much as i do about their work and gives you the quality job you deserve

Description of Work: Mr. Beese was totally professional, did the work on time, finished it beautifully, and cleaned up after himself completely. Couldn't have asked for a better job or a more cordial guy. Would definitely hire him again for any tiling job. Highly recommended.

The estimate process was fine and they were very professional which is why we chose them.
Description of Work: They gave me a quote on re-tiling the entire ground floor of the house. We're going to use them for the job.

I would say that he is excellent. He took great pains with the floor. He did the grout and gave us important tips about the tile. We have a little bit of a weighted floor because we had a vinyl floor to begin with and he was very careful about making sure it was even. He paid attention to detail. We would absolutely use him again if we have tile work in the future.
Description of Work: He put in new tile flooring in our kitchen. We picked out the tile and had him install it.

He was excellent. He took great pains with the floor. He did the grout and was very concerned with making sure it was level and even. He had good attention to detail. It was a very good experience.
