They did a great job and everything was clean when they left.

I hired them to install a dishwasher and stove/microwave combo. They responded with prompt service and did an amazing job. At the last second, I had an issue with hooking up the sinks/disposal at my property. I asked River City to take a look and let me know if they could help me out. Due to schedule conflicts they had to set up a second appointment to hook up my sinks but they did check them out and let me know what they thought and some extra repairs they recommended. They came back to install my sinks and they were incredibly thorough. Not only did they install my sinks and the disposal but they tested and looked at the showers/tubs as well...discovering a problem left by my original contractor. I highly recommend Shane and River City Maintenance. I know I will be using them for my next project!

Great job! They even cleaned up after the job was done. Super nice guy! UPDATE 07/30/2021: Shane and helper Nick were punctual, very professional, did a great quality job repairing a pocket door, cleaned up after themselves so that it was not even apparent that they were here. I will be glad to give them my future endorsement!

I needed an appliance installed under the kitchen cabinets at a house I own. A request for proposals was developed and issued thru the Home Advisor online search services. Three responses for the project came in. I was able to make contact with River City Maintenance and spoke to the lead person, Shawn. He responded to my needs to get this project moving forward. We were able to come to a tentative agreement on price and scheduled a time to get started the next day. He and his assistant arrived the next day on time to the project location. These guys got busy right away and completed the job in less than an hour. When finished they cleaned up the area they were working in and volunteered to discard all shipping and packing contents the appliance came in. They were very courteous, professional and business like. I definitely would consider using them again if the opportunity presents itself. Thank you River City Maintenance for a job well done!

Shane and Nick did an excellent job of removing my old wall oven and had to do some carpentry work in order to install my new oven. I couldnâ t be happier with the end result. I had to reschedule them twice due to a late shipment of my oven which then arrived damaged and had to be replaced. They were very gracious and accommodating. I would definitely recommend River City Maintenance.

Scheduling was very easy and flexible! Talked to Shane and he made sure we were good with the appointment date and even provided quotes. Shane and Nick showers up on time and got to work quick. After they were complete Shane showed me what was wrong, what they fixed and how to fix it myself if I needed to adjust my sliding door again. It is always great when you can have the person working on your house give you education and ways to save some money in the future! Shane and Nick were very professional and courteous. I would 1000% recommended them to anyone and will use them first for any future jobs i have! Great Job!!!

These are two very professional repair men who responded quickly, worked very hard in sweltering heat, were cordial and informative and had a great price. A++++

EXTREMELY PROMPT! Said he would be by at 2:00PM to give me a quote. Knocked on the door exactly at 2:00. Set the appointment the very next day for 9:30AM. Guess what time he knocked? 9:30. Left for lunch while the spackle was drying. Said heâ d be back in 2 hours. Back in 2 hours on the dot. Quality of work for the price is very competitive. We didnâ t feel the need to have him texture or paint the wall, so in that regard, the price was very much worth it.

Shane was able to come out, give a quote, and complete the job all within a 4 hour timeline! They did an incredible job repairing a damaged wall. Having textured walls was a problem for other companies, but not for River City Maintenance. They were very professional, reasonably priced, and super respectful!

Be sure to get absolutely every little thing in writing. I felt they tried to get more money out of me and think they are a bait and switch company. I personally informed them that they should not low ball their price only to increase the price as they go.
