I had River City Maintenance replace the rubber strip at the bottom of my garage door. They were quick and professional and they pointed out an issue with the garage floor which was causing a gap between the rubber strip and the floor. I would recommend them for garage door service and will use them again in the future!

WARNING ALL HOMEOWNERS. I purchased a brand new LG dishwasher on Jan 29 and River City Maintenance came to install it on Feb 2. After they were done, the dishwasher wouldn?t start. I called LG and they sent a technician out today, Feb 7. According to the LG Rep, They stripped the leg of the dishwasher. The connection to the door lock was disconnected during installation and that?s why it wouldn?t start. The dishwasher was not flush with the cabinet and screws connecting to cabinet are both bent. There are tool marks at the bottom of the dishwasher! Shane at River City Maintenance was rude and condescending stating they did not damage anything. They were the only ones to touch the dishwasher and LG took pictures. LG reconnected the door lock and at least it runs now. River City says they would charge me $125 to come back out to make any adjustments. I laughed at him because he and the guy with him are incompetent and I would NEVER pay them to do anything for me again. DO NOT USE THEM!
