+ -1 moreThis company was highly recommend to me by a good friend of ours in the Financial Services Industry. She used Rick for the downstairs portion of her home and was completely satisfied, therefore we called Rick and he responded promptly. He made sure we saw many samples of engineered wood flooring of different sizes and finishes. After our selection, he made sure all the supplies and flooring material was delivered to our home and he started the job promptly and he proceeded to spent the next nine days expertly installing our beautiful new new hardwood floors. The job was approximately 1800 sq ft. We would use him again if needed.

+ -1 moreRick was very courteous and responsive throughout all phases. He was also very particular about the quality of his work. And he was very knowledgeable, using his experience to clear up some water stains in the wood floors that were very tricky to remove. He transformed our floors from looking dull and drab to being brilliant. We have put our home up for sale, and EVERY person that came to view the house commented about how amazing the wood floors looked.
Description of Work: Rick re-sanded, re-stained, and put on fresh coat of poly on the wood floors of our two story house (about 1100 sq ft of wood floors total). He also refinished the stairs.

+ -1 moreHe was professional and on time. He did some things that didn't really need to be done. When the insurance adjuster saw it, they got somebody else involved. He did some things that were not necessary with walls and pipes. He was a nice enough guy. He came out on an emergency call for me based on your list. I have nothing bad to say, but I wouldn't take away another persons income.
Description of Work: I used him for a little while, but he didn't finish the job because my insurance company got involved. They had their own plans, so I had to do what they said.

Description of Work: Mr. Wiesenfeld refinished the original 1950s oak hardwood floors in my home. Rick was punctual reliable and polite. He was very conscientious about his work. Rick explained exactly what he was going to do and then he followed through and did it. Mr Wiesenfeld was hands on. He did the work himself with one helper. The job took 4 days. He worked steadily with us, He did not start our job and then leave us hanging while he juggled other jobs. The floors turned out beautifully. Rck even called after the job was finished to make sure we were satisfied with the work. I certainly will use Mr. Wiesenfeld for any future flooring needs we have
