Rhino Shield

Our experience with them was really well. We have a three month old daughter, so, I was actually gone most of the time just so she would not be around the fumes and chemicals. My husband was at home because he was still on paternity leave, and he said that it was a good experience. What made it a good experience was the amount of time they put in to get the job finished just because we had a couple of bad weather days, and they were not able to come out, but they made up for it. They showed up early and stayed late just to catch up on time. The price was a little expensive than what we were hoping for.

They did a really good job, we don't have any complaints. The only thing I had a complaint about was they didn't install the entire supportive room so when they sprayed in there, there was dust but other than that, everything was perfect, I loved it. They only taped half of the sunroom, they placed a plastic sheeting over half of it, and the other one towards the window, there was a small layer of dust. They cleaned up everyday after they were done, they were professional, they were very nice.

They were pricey.

Salesman was prompt and courteous, right up until the point we told him we had several other companies coming to provide estimates for the same thing. His answer was to close up and announce that if we weren't going to sign today then we couldn't afford it! His estimate was in the 10k range for a 2000 sq ft house, frankly if anyone were to sign up for their service without checking/getting additional estimates/ prices and reviews then they are crazy! And probably not an Angie's List member!!

This company is a model of professionalism and customer service. The sales person I spoke with took the time to explain in detail the process as well as the quality of their product. They were extremely flexible with scheduling, agreeing to do my home just before Christmas weekend, as I was concerned with the cold weather setting in and having the potential for further water damage if I had to wait till spring to repair the stucco. Then, due to holiday travel, I was delayed in returning home, so I arrived one day after work began, however the crew lead was tremendously communicative and helpful, calling me with updates on the work, and even sent me pictures of the work as it progressed while I was traveling back home. The work was completed right before the holiday weekend, even though we had a surprise storm come in about 3 hrs after they finished, affecting an area near a downspout that had not fully dried. They returned promptly the next morning and repainted the affected section. At the end we did a complete walkthrough to check that everything was done to my satisfaction... Which it most definitely was. Outstanding job!

Everything went fine except in areas that could not be seen, unless on a ladder, for which they did a lesser quality job. Their clean up was also not as good as hoped. Workers were very nice.

Rhino Shield did excellent work and met all of my expectations. They did a good job clearing up after themselves, too. The workers were all friendly and hardworking. The job didn't take very long to complete.
