Doug did a fantastic job! His quote was right on and very fair. He returned calls promptly and was at the job as promised. The bathroom looks beautiful - fresh and modern. From start to finish he was extremely professional and true to his word. He removed the trash and even returned leftover material to the store for credit. The bathroom looks great - like a model home bathroom. Would definitely use him again.......

The best tile & renovation expert we have ever employed. Doug became like family. He did all jobs on our times frames. He was patient when we had delays due to waiting for imported tiles to arrive. He is very creative and had wonderful suggestions to make all of the jobs to our liking. He always arrived on time and did great clean up after every single day of each project. We are planning to hire him again for some additional projects. We would be happy to show anyone our tile work and offer referrals for anyone interested in Doug's work!

Overall project went well. Started on date promised but didn't finish as projected but that was due to my adding extras. Do plan and determine exactly what you want prior to beginning. Have it all lined out in the cost estimate. Over all Mr. Rhatigan is a good worker and does an excellent job.

I contacted Doug just after purchasing an older home which I knew needed to have the shower pan replaced. I wanted to have the master bath completed prior to moving in. When Doug came by to give me an estimate, I asked him to price out just replacing the shower as well as tearing out and replacing the tile floor and shoulder high tile wainscoat. I decided to have the entire bath redone and also had him give me an estimate for my guest bathroom which I was still debating on re-tiling. I was so pleased with how the master bath turned out that I was sold on getting him to re-tile my guest bath. As he started the removal on the guest bath, I decided I'd like to replace the tub and found an antique cabinet that I wanted made into a sink. Beyond Doug's original commitment, he agreed to pick up and install the tub, as well as taking the cabinet to be waterproofed bringing back to my house and doing the appropriate installation of a drop in sink. He didn't even charge me for the extra work of being delivery boy. I am very happy with both of my bathroom redos and would have Doug work on my home again.
