I have been plagued with fire ants in my yard since I moved into my home months ago. I have tried DIY treatments from Lowes and just spraying the ones pouring out of mounds I would find, but they would come back within a day or two, if affected at all. After giving up on handling it myself, Remedy was the only pro I was matched with or returned my calls. Further, they were by far the cheapest for a continued, recurring treatment. Less than a week in, I have not been disappointed! Every mound in my yard is now unoccupied, and they didn't just treat for the ants, but a variety of pests are now prevented from entering my home! For a recurring maintenance cost of $85/quarter (3 months), I'd say I'm a very satisfied customer!

The company responded within a short time, scheduled a timely appointment and was prompt for service. It has been about two weeks, but so far, I'm pleased.

It takes a while before the chemicals start to work, so I was upset at first... it took at least 1 and a half months for me, but it eventually started to work. I would like to see zero bugs, but I am feeling better about the service now. The staff is super friendly.

Prompt friendly service

I had an influx of pests in my home but I believe it was because they were fleeing the treatment. The main problem I had was that I requested a phone call prior to services so I could leave a gate open to access my back yard, which I never received. My wife came home and let our dogs out and saw a treatment sign but had no idea when they came or how they were able to access my back yard. I was worried they if it was just done my dogs could have been harmed.
