We went with Reliant Roofing after much research and glad we chose Reliant. They were very thorough and spent more than one quick day on our roof. The supervisor came by often to check and make sure it was being done properly. At the finish they sent out an inspector to approve the job. They cleaned up well after the job was complete and took extra care not to destroy my plants. I am very satisfied with the job and can and would highly recommend Reliant.

I was reasonable impressed with this company and I am not impressed easily. In fact I just recently gave another roofing company a F Rating. I am a Real Estate Investor and this is the first time I used this company. So let me start off with the cons: Con: They use subcontractors. They might put the subcontractors on their payroll while they are working for Reliant, but I talked to them and they might be working for Reliant today and another roofer tomorrow. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but I would personally prefer something like a Father and Son/Daughter team where you know the same person will be doing the next roof I hire them for. Pro: They are GAF Master Elite Contractors and they gave the best price of any of the GAF Master Elite Contractors that I called. Even though they used subcontractors they have a project manager, who I think is a regular employee who oversees the job and came out and oversaw the job. But he was only there part-time as he overseas many of their jobs at the same time. They used satellites to determine the square footage of the job and provided me a copy of the satellite report. I have dealt with too many roofers that overestimate (that is putting it nicely) how many squares the roof is, so it was nice to see a company that used actual satellite data and shared it with me. And this is the single biggest reason I am giving them an A Rating and that is they ran their business in a professional manner and understand the customer is right. What I mean by that is they didn’t argue with me, the customer, that just spent thousands of dollars over a minor issues and I will tell you exactly want I am talking about. I have dealt with other roofing companies in the past and I have had a similar issue that came up on this re-roof. The roofing crew damaged the trim when redoing the flashing. First, to give you example of bad customer service, I had a very similar issue with another roofing company and they just said the wood was rotted and it was not their fault. Of course they never said anything about the wood being rotted or anything prior to it being damaged. So I had to go and hire someone else to fix the damage they caused, when they had a crew right there that could fix it. Reliant on the other hand said they were going to send someone out to address the issue. I will call this person the Repair Guy. I was prepared to hear the same song and dance and how it was my fault and not the roofing companies, even though in this case I just spent over $13K for a new roof and I should add this time the trim was concrete board, so hard to say it was rotted. Anyway to my surprise there was no song and dance, argument or anything. He went and got new concrete trim and fixed the damage. This is how business should be ran. I understand the roofing crew needs to move off to the next job, but there should be a repair guy to address the small issues that will more than likely come up on a job of this nature, instead of ******* off the customer. So I say Good Job Reliant for doing the right thing.

Camilo Calle was my on-site project manager. It’s been a long time since I’ve worked with someone so professional, patient and personable. He walked the property with me just before the work got started while his crew was setting up. I was nervous about the outside of the house because I have a large pool and pool enclosure along with a good bit of pool equipment and two central AC units. I also just had the entire outside of the house re-done after 18 years. Camilo explained the precautions him and his crew were taking, gave me his word he would keep an eye on things and assured me that I would be happy with the end result. I usually take those kinds of initial meetings and initial promises with a grain of salt but I got a very strong feeling he meant everything he said and that his reputation and my satisfaction was important to him. A few hours into the job one of the crew caused serious damage to my pool equipment so I called Camilo. He was at my door within 15 minutes. Camilo’s first concern was for my safety asking that I put on shoes that would protect my feet before we looked at the damage together. He assured me the damage would be corrected ASAP, at no cost to me and asked me if I had a pool company that I preferred. From that point forward I was updated constantly about the pool repair. The repair was completed the day after the roof was completed at no cost to me. The final walk through with Camilo was a no-nonsense inspection of the property AND the roof itself. As Camilo was about to climb up onto to the roof I told him I would like to climb up there with him. Before WE climbed up there he went over some precautions first. Once we were up on the roof he explained what he was looking for, answered all my questions, pointed out the quality aspects of the work and gave me additional instructions on how to be safe up there. I pointed out some pre-existing problem areas and he spent extra time with me checking those areas as well as explaining the extra touches they performed in those areas that other companies may not have. He physically showed/explained the extra touches that had been applied and then surprised me by saying he would be back the next day to apply just a little more sealant to one area. It didn’t look the least bit necessary to me and I got the impression it was being done to give me an extra level of confidence. The following day he came back to apply the extra sealant and walk the property one more time. I chose Reliant because their process and people were the most solid, organized and professional of the companies I got estimates from. Having Camilo looking out for me is what assured me I had made the right choice.

Excellent job by the sales & office staff to Camillo and the roofing crew. They had the least expensive price ($1K-$2K cheaper) out of all of my quotes but had the highest reviews on Angie's List so I went with them. Additionally they offered the best warranty (shingles, labor, etc.) and did not require any money down. The job took a total of three days and they worked from 7AM to 6:30 PM. As with any job there were complications, but they quickly addressed them to my satisfaction. Four instance the dumpster company (a Reliant subcontractor) tore up a section of my grass... Reliant ensured it was fully repaired within two days.

Excellent! I had to replace my roof after Hurricane Irma. I obtained three separate estimates. They were right in the middle but had the highest review on Angie's List so I went with them. The team worked extremely hard and was able to get my roof complete in two days. They were extremely thorough and spent lots of extra time cleaning up any stray nails. The supervisor kept me continuously up to date while they worked. About 2 months after my roof was replaced, I had a leak. They came out immediately under the terms of the warranty. As it turned out, the roof was not leaking but I had a hole in my chimney cap that was causing it. Although it was not their fault or responsibility, they fixed my chimney cap free of charge. I could not be happier with Reliant Roofing.

They were super professional, nice and very thorough. I just couldn't afford them and they were understanding. The gentlemen that did the measuring and the one that went over the estimate did an excellent presentation.

I really liked them; I haven't used them yet.I'm just looking into getting them done. I liked them better than the other companies that I spoke with.I liked the professionalism they had. Their price was better than most of them that I got.

Could not have been smoother. The employees at the site were always prompt, courteous, polite and accommodating. The really informed us along the entire way and answered our every question.

Had 4 estimates performed and Reliant provided the best quality product along with nice touches such as pressure washing driveway and walkway. Their price was second best and they matched the best price I found. Reliant did the job in one day and within a week of signing and they worked directly with my HOA . The crew was very respectful and cleaned up after themselves nicely. Had some minor challenges though could not be more impressed with Mike and how he made things right even after I paid for the job. I'm a customer service professional and am very impressed with the quality and service provided by Reliant . They also answer their phones and respond timely to e-mail - even nights and weekends. I will recommend them to anyone needing a quality roof at a fair price.
