Reliable Ducts Heating and Cooling is a family owned and operated heating and air conditioning company serving all of North Florida. Its owners have been Jacksonville Residents for over 50 years and owned home service businesses for over 15 years. Our sister company, Sunshine State Plumbing has been providing residential and multifamily plumbing services since 2003 all over the southeast USA.

Recently I had to request a warranty service from Reliable and they did just like their own name suggests. In less than 2 hours after my call, the technicians showed up at my door and fixed the problem. Both were knowledgeable, patience and friendly. 5 starts all the way!

Great customer service. Tech went over everything with me and explained what was wrong with my AC and how to fix it. After waiting weeks for another company to fix my AC they came out diagnosed the issue and even provided a portable AC unit so that my kids and I did not have to go without AC while we waited on the part to come in.
