Description of Work: After inspecting the stucco for needed repairs, Mr.Small maintained intermittent contact but then never responded to my phone calls to set up a time frame for repairs. I eventually contracted another company to execute the repairs.

Description of Work: Came out, looked it over, took measurements and said he would call me back before the day was over with a price. It is now 3 days later and I have not heard anything from him. Not very good business.

Description of Work: Raymond responded quickly to my call as a crack had appeared on the siding on the second floor "bonus room. Raymond assessed the situation and proposed removal of a portion of the siding to ensure that water had not penetrated to the plyscore under the coating. Once he established the conditions , he promised a return in the next few days. He called ahead and arrived to begin the work. He completed the repair to my satisfaction. The color he used did not match the existing and this was not a problem as I had already scheduled Vanguard Vinyl Coatings to "touch up" the coatings and do a house-wide power clean. Once Vanguard performed their work, we had a perfect match.

 + -1 moreWe contacted Raymond and he met with Mundie, who is a friend of mine that handled the overall job of enclosing the porch. We scheduled the service. Raymond's crews timely performed the work and we paid Raymond in 2 installments. The last installment was on completion of the work.
Description of Work: We enclosed approximately 650 square feet of a downstairs porch. Raymond Small Stucco performed the work. We received estimates from two other stucco companies and Raymond's estimate was the lowest. He matched the stucco to the existing stucco on the house and his crews did a great job.

 + -1 moreRaymond Small Stucco does wonderful work. He completed the job in a timely manner. He was prompt and punctual in his work. He kept everything looking neat and tidy while completing the job. His price was about half the price of one of the estimates I received.
