Description of Work: The first job was for new construction of a covered outdoor living area on the back of my house. This was a project from the ground up that included design, foundation, masonry and finish carpentry. Joseph had excellent subcontractors and had his own team of skilled finish carpenters complete the job with excellent results. The second job was for renovation work inside my house. His team took out and replaced an old ceiling, installed overhead lighting, new crown molding and removed an old built-in bookcase and desk. I was very pleased with the results. Once again his excellent subcontractors and team of skilled craftsmen resulted in a job well done.

+ -1 moreWe’ve used R&R for two projects. We’ve used R&R for Kitchen remodel, master bath remodel, above garage apartment remodel, flooring, painting, and ceiling resurfacing. Joseph is an incredible contractor who doesn’t complete the job until you are satisfied. It is hard to find someone that is honest and trustworthy in the construction business but we are so happy we were introduced to Joseph and his team. Excellent sub contractors, overall 10/10 service! We wouldn’t consider anyone else for any future jobs.

+ -1 moreThey were just wonderful. They did quite a lot of work contracting force and they were just fantastic. They did a wonderful job. They were just a delight to have around and I missed them when they were finished. I don’t remember exactly what they did but they have to remove the fire place and the chimney and the delta porch. They have to take off the old porch. They did various things in the house and can’t remember all right now.
Description of Work: We used Raise & Restore Inc for home builder services. They built a big porch for us and they did all kind of things when we first moved in this house.
