Rafael Inc did an AMAZING job remodeling our office building. Service was prompt, professional, and polite. Nick (the GM) was always willing to take a call, answer a question and was very involved through the process. Couldn't have made a better choice than going with Rafael Inc!

I have had 2 projects completed by Rafael Inc. The first one was on the inside and they just finished a project in my backyard. They always show up on time and clean up afterwards, easy to contact if you have a problem. I absolutely love the end result and would not hesitate to use them again.

Nick was our salesman, planner, designer and project manager. He was patient, good communicator and knowledgeable builder. We hired Rafael to remodel our master bathroom, pantry and laundry room. The project was large and we had our challenges. But everything was taken care of in a timely manner..For every good project manager, Nick made sure he had a GREAT onsite supervisor (Albert). I canâ t say enough good things about him. Albert is that on site contractor YOU want on your project. He did everything. Even the small stuff like cleaning up after a long day work, and making sure you were happy before he left..He had a fabulous crew of skilled builders (tile, sheetrock, electrician, plumbers etc). My wife and I are very happy with our new remodel rooms. Thank you for everything, and I appreciate all your hard work.

Rafael Inc did a wonderful job with my kitchen remodel. Everything from the  project management and sales process was very good. I would most definitely recommend Rafael Inc to anyone in search of any renovation projects!

They did a really good job of cleaning after themselves. In my facebook groups alot of the other people I saw complained about how much of a mess their contractor left. So now having my whole house be trashed at the end was very important to me.

When we purchased our Uncle's home it needed a total renovation, and living out of state we did not know where to start. From the very beginning, Billy and the design team at Rafael professionally assessed the property, created drawings and helped us develop a plan to remodel the home. They listened to what we wanted and created a plan that worked for us. Communication with their design team was phenomenal! This remodel included redesign of 3 bathrooms, kitchen and update of all flooring and painting/texturing. Complete rewiring and plumbing. Hank and Nick stayed in touch with us throughout the remodel. Because they planned so well we had only a small change to the plan and so they stayed on budget and on time. They were very helpful to recommend vendors to supply appliances and other things of that nature. The project manager was very communicative and responsive which helped us, especially with us living so far away. We strongly recommend Rafael if you are doing a home remodel.

Rafael Inc remodeled our kitchen and it turned out fabulous! Evan was our project manager and he did a great job with communication and getting the job done to our complete satisfaction. Albert was the main subcontractor and his craftsmanship was A+. Billy, our salesman, recommended the cabinets and backsplash that we selected, and we couldnâ t be more pleased with the end result! Highly recommend using Rafael Inc for your kitchen or bathroom projects!

My bathroom looks great!

The team at Rafael was outstanding. Very organized and accessible. They helped us put together a full remodel plan and did what they promised. We live out of state and they did everything to make the remodel smooth. It turned out beautifully!

Rafael Inc. just completed a painting job for us that included our entire house outside. This included first pressure washing the house and filling in the cracks and holes. The entire job was completed quickly and efficiently. Peter did the job and was the BEST worker we have ever had. He was accommodating, quiet and constantly focused on completing his job at hand. We give the highest recommendation to Rafael Inc. for ANY job you desire. Their pricing is fair and every detail is explained before the job begins. Do not hesitate to use them.

Evan was On top of all the projects involved. When he said the plumber, countertop, glass, mirror ,, construction worker and inspector peoples were scheduled, they arrived the time he scheduled. All the men that worked with Evan did quality work. I am happy with the results.

Evan very professional from start to finished. Kept us updated on who what and when. Just completed our bathroom, shower, countertop, tile in shower and bathroom floor, removed carpet and installed LVP in bedroom/closet. His crews were the best we've seen in years. Demo was quick and haul off all debris in timely manner. Evan had his contractors in/out in on time and worked with our schedule. Very friendly and knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout project. Highly recommend this team of professionals.

I did a master bath and the sink and countertop for a second bathroom. The best thing they did was have a designer come out to estimate the job. She helps me solve a lot of awkward issues in my bathroom, such as the door swinging open to be within an inch of the toilet and a toilet paper roll. that was hard to reach from the toilet. Came up with a great design to remove the big garden tub and install a walk-in shower with a bench. The job supervisor was here often making sure that I was happy with the work. They even changed a couple of things to make the final project to my liking. The bathroom looks beautiful!

From start to finish, our experience exceeded our expectations. Nick, Project Superintendent, was a strong and professional ally of ours. The tradesmen he brought into our house were friendly, industrious and very customer oriented. The finished product is fantastic.

The job was done to our satisfaction and on time. The team of Hank and Evan did an excellent job of keeping the project on track and us informed of what was going on. Communication was excellent. The contractor, Albert, did a great job he was always on time and his work was excellent.

We had a great experience with Nick and the Rafael team, and we love our kitchen! Albert's work in particular was very high quality. Nick was super organized and communicative throughout the various phases of the project. We always knew what to expect; who would be here and when. Nick was courteous, professional, and very resourceful in creating solutions when challenges arose. He's a gem! We highly recommend Rafael.

I am very pleased with Rafael Inc. I started off with Billy who was open and honest about the process of remodeling my Master Bathroom. He gave unsolicited advice and suggestions. After getting quotes from 2 other companies, I decided to go with Rafael Inc. My project manager, Nic, was very professional and respectful. The contractors were also professional and respectful. They kept the area clean. They made sure I was please with the work. The product and material used were of good quality. Nik kept me inform of all the steps and all changes. I am amazed with the outcome, it brought tears to my eyes. This was my first project and I feel comfortable in using them again.

Excellent project manager kept us informed throughout the process. Issues were resolved immediately. Beautiful materials and design. Only complaint was time to complete. Took longer than expected but not the fault of the company. thank you.

Billy listened to what we wanted and came up with a perfect design. Once the project started Nicholas kept it on schedule and kept us informed every step of the way. The workers were professional and considerate. The quality of materials and work is top notch. We could not be more pleased with our bathroom remodel.

Good experience. Project delays are my only complaint.

Subcontractor showed up to the job without any equipment. Nothing that Project Manager says happens. Company is unable to keep any type of schedule; they say they will be at the house at a specific time for you to schedule appropriately and will bail out at the last minute. The supervisor always has excuses and he has not been at the job since the job started. The sales representatives are good but the work is sloppy, unprofessional, and egregious. UPDATE: The project is now complete. The finished result is beautiful and exactly what we wanted! Rafael Inc gave us a new Project Manager and my wife and I fired the subcontractor. Rafael Inc assigned us a new subcontractor (Simon/Joseph/Paul). With an all-new cast, things began to move in the right direction. Communication improved, work was done properly with care, and they worked tirelessly to complete the project. I want to give 5 stars for their work quality. The cabinets are beautiful, level, and every correction I needed was taken care of. Rafael Inc took accountability for their work and initial subcontractor mistakes. I wish that the entire process went as smoothly as the last few weeks. Unfortunately, we had a rough start, contractor no-shows, egregious time delays, and poor craftsmanship for the first 2.5 months that cannot be overlooked. This initial level of stress and oversight on our part brought down the value for money. Rough start, strong finish, and we are happy overall.

They were very professional and detail oriented. Their design staff was the ultimate in knowledge of product, trends, and color matching. The 3D drawings were fabulous. Given that there was a Covid crisis going on, they worked through it and provided me with excellent service and communication. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for any type of remodeling.

The 13 x 13 bathroom remodel took 13 months to complete. When we put down our deposit in August, we were told it would be finished in November. The crew assigned to our project (EP Construction) would show up periodically with the exception of Pavlin. He did an awesome job with the tile. Rafael Inc. appears to have no control of their sub contractors. They show up one day, then not again for 2 weeks, etc. Unless you have a lot of time to wait for a project to be completed, I would go elsewhere. Because of their unprofessional work ethics, Rafael Inc. lost out on two other remodeling projects for us. After several email requests and a visit to the showroom, we have not received a final copy of our last payment and sign-off sheet. We do not recommend.
