I rate this company poorly even though I never let them perform the work. I came across this company among others in the mint magazine, which I also recommend not doing unless your looking for fast food or pizza. But anyway, they did come out the day I called them and seemed to be nice on the phone, we agreed to the coupon price in the mint magazine. When they showed up the guys they sent where very unprofessional. The uniforms where not well kept and not professional looking. But I was willing to let them perform the work since they were already there. The technician then informed me that in addition to the coupon price they had to charge me to clean my small closets which are 2x3', my small hallway, and tried to charge me an additional fee just for traveling to my house. When I explained that this was not the agreed upon price they became very rude. I told them that I no longer wanted them to perform the work since I had been warned about bait and switch companies and so they left.Feel free to use this company if you want to haggle like you are on a used car lot.

Very poorly. We were moving out of a condo rental and the lease requred that we clean the bedroom and office carpet. I scheduled using a 29.99 coupon. They came a few hours late and before they started cleaning, they started trying to sell me add ons. I explained that it wasn't our carpet and that we didn't want anything extra. Before they started cleaning, they gave me a bill for 60.00. I gave them the coupon and they said the closets were 5.oo each and there was a destination charge. I told them that they should have told me that when they scheduled and wouldn't agree to pay it. They finally agreed to take off those charges but they were done cleaning in litterally 10 minutes. They dumped their filter on our parking lot and left without asking if the work was satisfactory or even telling me they were finished.
