Vlad was exceptional!! He was prompt, professional, and courteous. Vlad explained everything that he was doing and everything we could expect to occur. Although the EV charger software updates took longer than expected Vlad was very patient until the final update completed. I thank Vlad for his exceptional customer service!

Vlad is an excellent electrician. He was very helpful, provided lots of information regarding the Tesla ply and over all Tesla experience, car model etc. being new to the Tesla world, Vlad was very helpful being that he owns two Tesla himself. We do cider Vlad our electrician for any future projects and or needs.
