Pro Care Lawn & Shrub

I was doing the lawn fertilizer and weed control myself for over 10 years. However, recently I had some sod replaced and the people who replaced the sod recommended Pro Care. After talking with the owner I was so impressed I hire them. Now after two months I must say they have done a fantastic job and my lawn has never looked better. I would recommend them to anyone.

Nothing but praise. I had discontinued the service for a couple of months and, sure enough, the grass started looking bad, so I reinstated the service and the grass came right back after a couple of applications. Kim at the office is very professional and takes suggestions/criticism well (you can ask them to treat specific things). Highly recommended.

We had used Pro Care for our lawn for many years and were very happy with their service. This year, they got sloppy. They sprayed (and killed) an azalea bush. When I called to complain, they came, they looked, they said the bush had died of old age -- this in spite of the fact that the and quot;deathand quot; was a perfect oval in the middle of a row of bushes. Nevertheless, we gave them another chance. Two months later, they sprayed a healthy tree sapling we had planted the year before. It too died. I called and cancelled the service.... when I told them why, they simply said and quot;okayand quot;.. no apology, no offer to fix the mistake, nothing.

We have a yearly contract with this company and are pleased with the service. If there are questions, there is always a very prompt response by the owners.

They're professional and have great communication as to the services they're providing.

I have used these folks before, so I knoew I could trust them to recommend what I needed and to implement the recommendation in a fashion that fit within my budget. The office staff are equally customer-oriented. 100% satisfied

In florida, it stays really hot and humid and the grass they were treating gets fungal. I called them out and told them it was getting a fungal infection. He waited too long to come out and the grass died. They did a great job until that happened to our yard.

They're always on time and they do a good job. They have a schedule that they work with that they don't deviate from.

They are very prompt to come back. They have been very nice and polite to deal with. When we have problems, they return our calls right away and get back to us.

I called the company for an immediate appointment, they were no available. They scheduled an appointment for the next week. Meanwhile I met with another company which I pretty much decided I wanted to hire. Pro Care wanted to give me an estimate anyway. I was not home for the evaluation of my lawn or the estimate. The estimate was the highest of all the companies I interviewed.

We were disappointed after using them for a year. The lawn did not improve adequatly and when bug problems reappeared they did not address the issue even though they were here every month. Poor attention to detail. When they service your property they leave one invoice, but mail another. You better pay on the first right away. They are very aggressive with their collections, and we don't have any issues it just seemed to be their mentality. When we called to discuss with their office we could tell we were not a priority so we decided to change. We have all heard the term cut, blow and go. They are spray and go.

They came out to my northwest Jax property the same day I called to consult with me on my dying lawn. They did the treatment the next day and the price was lower than anyone else I have ever used. It took a little while, but they persevered and now my lawn is fully recovered and looking great. On top of everything, they were very nice and friendly even when I caused them a few inconveniences.

They are an excellent company and do a good job. They are reliable and we have had people ask us who does our lawn for us because it does look so nice.

Pro Care Lawn listens to our concerns and tries to address them. Our lawn has been improved since we have used them.

I had an incredible experience with this company. They were very easy to work with and would do anything extra that I asked at a moments notice.
