We were very pleased with the restorative work Juan, owner of Prime Stone Restoration, did on our stone floors and on our marble and granite countertops. He is very professional in all regards â in coming to discuss and estimate the projects a homeowner wants done, in arriving at the stated time to perform the work, in bringing all the right equipment, and in efficiently doing the work. He gladly shares tips on how to care for and maintain the newly restored surfaces. We had a couple of follow up questions a few months later that he came and addressed. Heâ s knowledgeable, skilled, and very nice. His charges seem fair. Weâ d gladly have him back again.

Customer appreciation post: A shout out to a company that got it right every step of the way. We had etching and stains in our granite countertops and none of the home remedies worked. I found Juan online who incidentally also had the highest positive ratings for stone repair in Jacksonville. Long story short, you couldn't ask for a more professional, prompt and standup guy for the job. Quality of work, cleanup and overall presentation was a 10 star visit all the way.

Juan demonstrated his experience in performing marble surface restoration by returning our damaged marble bathroom countertop to like new condition. He exceeded our expectations.

They were clean and professional. Attention to detail. Stayed several hours longer than they predicted to get the job done correctly. Also, I did stay in our home while they did their work; however, I would feel comfortable leaving...And, the floors look amazing!

Juan performed a miracle on my kitchen (granite) and master bath (marble) countertops. Both countertops had stains that I wanted removed. He was able to remove the stains and seal the counter tops. They look brand new again.
