I called North Florida Pool Solutions after getting a referral from Pinch-a-Penny on San Jose. Brandon returned my call and we figured out a time when we would be home and he could come check out our problem. Brandon made the appointment and arrived when he said he would and immediately went to work. While he was working we chatted and learned that he is a Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department Firefighter/Engineer/Paramedic. He was very professional and not intimidated by the difficulty in finding the leaks. When Brandon put on the SCUBA gear he went down to the main drains and found the leak by using mirrors and dye. He repaired the leaks and also placed a protective seal over the entire area that was leaking. Problem Solved! The previous leak detection service charged us almost 3 times the amount that North Florida Pool Solutions charged (each time they were here) and they didn't even fix the leaks. We fully recommend Brandon and North Florida Pool Solutions for timely quality work to find and repair your leak.

If you suspect a leak in your pool, I highly recommend Brandon’s Company. I suspected a leak in my pool so I called North Florida Pool Solutions and left a message. Brandon promptly called me back that evening and we scheduled a time for him to come out the following week. To my surprise he called me a day later and mentioned he was in my neighborhood and asked if he could stop by to look at the pool. I agreed. Upon his arrival, I greeted him at the door and explained my situation and that I had nightmares of sink holes forming under the pool requiring major, expensive repairs but he assured me that this scenario is very uncommon. He was very professional and knowledgeable and immediately put my mind at ease. Long story short, he checked the entire pool area, all the filtering equipment and plumbing then preceded to put on his SCUBA gear, leak tested all the pool’s suction and pressure outlets and discovered that my drain valve was in very poor condition and replaced it with a new one. The whole service call lasted a little over an hour and I was very pleased with the outcome. I will definitely use him again if the need should arise.

Overall fantastic. Brandon returned our call the same day and was able to schedule a visit the following day. He was extremely knowledgeable on all the possibilities surrounding our leak and systematically inspected our pool from top to bottom, side to side, on the surface and with scuba equipment. Eventually he found our problem in the skimmer and successfully patch the problem. Since his service our pool has not lost any water and this is a great relief to us as our kids love the pool. Brandon's rates are very competitive and I found his attention to detail and honesty refreshing. Highly recommended! Would DEFINITELY us again.
