PREFERRED ALUMINUM

Mr. Blanco was MOST helpful. When I had my patio poured over a year ago (with the idea of having it covered at a later date), I was not aware that it was about 5 feet over the setback line. When Mr. Blanco submitted the plans, we were advised of the problem and told that we would have to apply for a variance. I was nervous as a long tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs. I had no idea what the process entailed. Mr. Blanco walked me through the process - attended the variance meeting with me - resubmitted the paperwork with the approval and within a couple of days, I have a lovely covered patio. His crew arrived on time - performed their task efficiently - cleaned up their mess - and were done in less than a day. The crew was very polite and patiently answered all my dumb questions. I couldn't be more pleased with my journey or more proud of my wonderful patio. I can highly recommend Mr. Blanco and Preferred Aluminum of Florida.
