The carpet was installed and the seam was very obvious in several areas of the room. The installers came back the first time and acted as if we were being ridiculous and said that no seam is invisible. Then, almost in the same breath said that he does perfect seams. We notified the owner and he sent another installer who fixed only one of the three areas. We once again had to chase them down to get another time to get it repaired and now they have cancelled that appointment at the last minute. We tried to contact the owner and the phone number is going to an odd voicemail indicating that it is a message management system. We are extremely unhappy with the installation and the service and weeks after the fact, it still has not been made right. We will not be using this provider again.
