PRECISION CLEANING & MORE LLC

Not well - only 1 person was available (until owner arrived to help), other crew members called off sick. We were not notified of this. Which led to a job that was difficult to do thoroughly - we had to remind them to clean some closets, lanai. The job would have been better if 2 or 3 were present or maybe postpone part of the job to later time that could be accomplished after moving in. Most of the job had to be completed that afternoon because the movers were delivering house contents the next morning. I reluctantly paid the agreed upon price, which I feel now was too high for the service. Did not have the right equipment for dusting fans, used oven cleaner on a self cleaning oven, we saw some cabinets afterwords that were not cleaned. I do have some sympathy to the owners plight but a simple phone call in the morning would have made the experience better. They knew my situation (could not arrive until 1pm and it had to be done that day), and I was not comfortable leaving them in the house until 9pm on a Friday night. We got into an argument about what should have been done and what was a fair amount to pay. The person assigned to the job was good but totally overwhelmed with the size of the job. She would have been there until midnight to get the job done right. Other negatives: did not answer the phone when I was trying to call (no phone service or voice mail). Rating would have been lower but I give credit to the owner trying his best to satisfy us by coming out to help on a Friday night with a new born at home.

I have recommended them to my friends. They pay very close attention to detail and overall I was extremely satisfied with their service. They have exceeded my expectations.
