lawn treatment
+ -1 moreI have a damaged lawn and lost money by going with this company.
Description of Work: Services were not performed as guaranteed during a 6-month period starting 11/1/09 and going through 4/30/10. The lawn was neglected, not prepared for the winter, and not fertilized during the spring. The result was a damaged lawn with large dead patches. Contact with technician "Rick" yielded nothing but guarantees. He never showed up and had a lot of excuses. I did him the courtesy of waiting for him to make up for his absences before I hired another company. But in three days, he never made an effort, so I told him he owed me $100 (which I will never see) and a repair of my damaged lawn. He continued to make excuses, but the fact is that he could have done something and yet did nothing.

+ -1 moreWe have been getting Pinnacle Pest Management for 2 years. He comes back if there are any problems, which we have asked him to do a couple times at no cost. Lawn is looking really good. I would recommend his service to others.
Description of Work: Pinnacle Pest Management does the fertilization of our lawn every other month.
