He did an excellent job, very efficiently, two times for me. One, a very big job of installing multiple snap-jackets to my previously decaying pilings. The second job consisted of repairing a damaged bulkhead. He is honest, efficient, reliable, and reasonable. Would have him do any other dock or bulkhead work in the future without hesitation.

Tom, the owner, was very professional and thorough. He put in extra time doing some difficult research to make sure the job was completed in the best manner possible. I would highly recommend this company.

First job I had Snapjacket do was to encase all my boat dock pilings with Snap jackets. Hence the nickname. I was so thrilled with the results I couldn't let them leave so I asked for a floating dock which makes kayak loading and unloading manageable. Snapjackets kept me informed and happy throughout our relationship. I'm trying to figure out what else he can do for me. Don't tell him about this gushing review, he's got a big enough ego already.

Although faced with a variety of logistical challenges, he went the extra mile making sure I was satisfied. He communicates frequently, follows up, and is a man of his word. The PVC jackets were a welcome cost effective alternative to installing new pilings.
