+ -1 more2 day job where the tiles and grout were done the first day. Toilet, quarter rounds and 2 defects were resolved the second day. Mauricio and the team are great!
Description of Work: Install 130 sq ft of bathroom floor tile. Removed the toilet and re-installed the quarter rounds. Bathroom contains many angles that were cut with correctly. Fixed 2 defects the next day without hesitation.

carpet installation
+ -1 moreWe moved all the furnishings before the work. His man was amazed that he had to trim so much off. I guess it was a poor original install. Maricio recommended we get the carpet cleaned first which we did. The carpet turned out well, you can still slightly see a couple spots where it had the runs, but only because we left it go for so long before the repair.. Total time was about 4-5 hours work.
Description of Work: Original carpet installation in 2004 left some rolls/runs over time, they streched and trimmed carpet in 5 rooms and a hallway.
