+ 0 moreWe hired Pledger Painting to paint the exterior of our house, and it was a great experience from start to finish. We have had both good and bad experiences with hiring contractors, and I have to say we don't have a single complaint about this company. They were on time with the estimate, and every day they worked on the house. A couple of the workers actually arrived early several days. Their foreman, Kelly, is top notch. And one of the most impressive things was how detailed they were. We noticed them sanding, caulking, and filling areas that we did not even seem to need any attention. Our house is stucco on 3 sides and T-111 on the back and they covered every crack and hole. The workers talked to us several times making sure everything looked good as the process went along, as if they themselves were the owners of the company. We even had a couple small changes during the process and they gladly obliged. Now that it's finished, it's nice to have so many neighbors compliment us on how the house looks. In our experience it's unusual to have a contractor provide such a great experience. I will be hiring them again!

Description of Work: Painted the interior walls, trim, and door. Patched several holes left by the previous tenant. The patched walls were perfect!

Description of Work: We were selling a house that had some pretty rough wall issues (holes, scratches, uneven spots, greasy areas), and needed to get it repainted very quickly. These guys came in with a reasonable quote within our required time-frame... and they did great! They finished the prepping we started, and then painted the entire interior of the house (about 1450 sq ft), including all walls, ceilings, baseboards, doors, the laundry room in the garage, and the kitchen cabinets. |They did an amazing job for the price. The paint job looks fantastic, and they did a huge amount of careful prep-work before they started. |We had asked for a somewhat basic paint job, and they gave us a lot more than we paid for, doing second coats on everything and using much better quality paint than we had been expecting. They clearly take pride in their work. They were also very polite, nice and professional, even when we were sort of getting underfoot one day. They were always on time, they worked extremely hard, and they came back when requested in order to do a few minor touchups. |I would totally recommend these guys and would hire them again in a heartbeat; they are awesome, reliable, and trustworthy.

+ 2 morePhil's crew was fabulous! They were professional, did a fantastic job and were not happy until we were happy. Phil was great about answering all of our questions. They used premium quality paint and guaranteed their workmanship for 7 years. We didn't pay until the job was complete and we were fully satisfied. And their price was excellent! We will definitely call Phil again!
Description of Work: Pressure washed and painted the entire exterior of our two story stucco home (except garage doors). Painted the great room inside which has 20' ceilings.

Two years before Pledger Painting painted some wooden shelves in my family room and living room.It was a difficult job as it required several coats of specialized paint. It was done Masterfully/. The white painted shelves brought new life into these rooms.
Description of Work: Pressure cleaned my house, the patio and driveway. Painted the exterior and repaired molding around an exterior window. Cleaned and painted the outside lights and put in new outlets for the flood lights. Painted my living room and 2 dining rooms plus repaired and painted damaged walls in guest bathroom. painted shoe molding in kitchen and a few furniture items.

+ -1 moreWe have had other painters in the past that did good work but none can compare with Pledger We will never use another painter. Pledger Painting does every kind of painting work imaginable. Description of Work: We have 3 walls of built in shelves. They are wood but we didn't like the color. Pledger painting used a specialty paint and completed the job that other contractors shook their heads at. Too difficulltl...too expenseive...paint may not stick..will have to sandpaper. No one really relished the job. After 6 years of waiting Pledger Painting gave us an estimate that knocked our socks off. The specialty paint pirce spiked during the project but Pledger did not change his contract. It was our choice to increase the amount paid. The work was tedious, and he came back time after time after time to assure we were completely satisfied. We paid 5,000 total. The contract was for 3,000 but the job was worth much more. At 5,000 Pledger still had the lowest bid of anyone.
