We use them also for our office for pest control. They are very good. We have used them for over 20 years. Overall they are excellent.

Employee # 65916 Michael arrived promptly as scheduled. He first ascertained what species of insects we were seeing in and around our residence. He then explained his company's services and what we could expect as an immediate and long-term result of residential treatment. Because we're member's of Angie's List we received a one-time discount of $30.00. Michael was extremely thorough in insecticide application. He was courteous and completely professional, and we look forward to being long-time customers.

We had been fighting dollar weeds for over a year, with no success. We called Peninsular and they were out within 48 hours to give an estimate. Once our yard was inspected, it was recommended that we do their broadleaf weed treatment, which is one treatment with a follow-up treatment in three weeks. I decided to go with this and I also signed up for their lawn treatment/maintenance program, which was a 12-month commitment. The price was very reasonable and the technician was at my house within 48 hours of signing the contract. He was extremely professional and talked me through what he would be doing. He explained that the treatment won't kill the dollar weeds immediately, but assured me that he will take care of them. Over the next three weeks, the weeds began to turn slightly brown and yellow. During his follow-up treatment he said they should be gone within the next week. About 7-10 days later, the dollar weeds were gone. I had been fighting with these weeds for over a year and once Peninsular got involved, they were gone in about a month. This was worth every penny. Along with treating for weeds, they have also applied fertilizer and treated for certain pests (chinch bugs, mole crickets, sod worms, and army worms). I am very happy with the service I have received. They have been extremely professional throughout the entire process. I've had the same technician each time, which is nice because he has continued to recommend things I can do to improve the lawn (ex: recommending watering schedules, to rake and put top soil in any patchy areas, etc). It's been about 2-months since they first treated our lawn and the difference is amazing and it's continuing to get even better. I would highly recommend Peninsular Pest Control for lawn care.

I don't recall how I chose Peninsular in 1995 when we bought this house, but have used them ever since. If not the whole 19 years, close to, we've had the same employee - Rick - who has always been courteous, punctual, flexible and has done a great job. I don't (and haven't had) have bugs in the house. Occasionally, after a LONG rain spell, I will find a palmetto bug that has sought refuge - he's usually already dead, or on his back. About 10 years ago. some large gnats ( I called them BAT gnats) took up residence in our bathroom drains. I told Rick the problem, which he treated & we haven't seen them again. Don't know how to compare, as I haven't used anyone else, but am very pleased WE DON"T HAVE BUGS!!!

Still have millions of blind mosquitoes on my house.

Awful problem with dollar weed. I tried everything. They said they would eradicate within 45 days. It was gone after 30 days!

all services went well, the provider was very nice and courtisenss and filled me with great knowledge of the work he provides and what to do to help from having bugs again

They responded as soon as I called. Can't ask for anymore than that.

Michael was great! He's always punctual, and he gets the service done fast. He sprays both inside and out unlike another service I had done a few years ago. They said they focus on the outside which is not what my understanding at the time I signed the agreement. I wish Penisular was a little less expensive, but I have no complaints about the service or the results.

I've been thru 2 lawn treatment companies in two years and wanted a company I could depend on and get a good price. The others were Trad's of Jax, which were good but cost more than I wanted to pay. The other was Southern Green, would NOT recommend to anyone. They wouldn't provide a written estimate, didn't charged me the price quoted on the phone, then tried to raise the price by $15 at the end of the year. So far Peninsular has provided a written quote, showed up when promised and charged me what they quoted. Hopefully the treatment for the lawn is as good as everything else. Satisfied so far...

They're fine. So far, they're good. Some time after the first treatment, we saw a couple of bugs, no live ones in the house and we called them and they came out and did an additional treatment in the area. They were responsive. Their price is competitive and so far, I think their service is good. Their technician seems to be very thorough.

Our first contact was, of course, with their office. They were very friendly and helpful, setting up a time for an estimate. Paul arrived promptly at the time arranged. He was extremely thorough in his inspection of our yard and provided lots of information and advise as to what we should be doing, along with their service, to assure success in achieving a healthy lawn. He was extremely knowledgeable...we learned more from him in the time he was here than in the five years prior with another company. He was very friendly and professional and spent a great deal of time with us. We were most pleased with the price he quoted and agreed to begin service. We were changing our service from a company we were extremely displeased with. Prior to Paul from Peninsular coming out, we had sent the other company a letter, along with our final payment, terminating services with them in no uncertain terms. They promptly cashed our check and and just as promptly, ignored our instruction to end service. Instead, they came out without notice, and put down an application only one week after Peninsular's application. In addition to our outrage with that company, we were very concerned that the second application going down so soon would cause damage. We called Peninsular who advised us to water heavily and then promptly came out to take another look at the yard. Again... friendly, courteous, professional and very thorough. All seems to be okay. We are extremely pleased with all aspects of our dealings with Peninsular!!! Both at the office and out in the field, they have been prompt, courteous, friendly, professional and very helpful. We feel, for the first time in years, that we have a very good chance for a healthy, beautiful lawn and look forward to continuing our relationship with them. Our only regret is that we didn't make the change sooner!!

Our service man, John, is very thorough. He is always willing to explain his work and is very forgiving when I forget my appointment and have to reschedule. He covers the entire yard, and when asked about a certain weed that we had noticed since his last visit he promptly treated these weeds and they have already died. I have a combination grass of St. Augustine and what I call carpet grass (which I do not like) The carpet grass is a pain to try to remove. Killing this grass requires digging up or using round up which can not be done as the roots are interwoven with my good St. Augustine. When I had a different company the St. Augustine started disappearing and the carpet grass took over, covering about 75 percent of my lawn. After 2 years with Peninsular, the St. Augustine has taken over most of the lawn due to the strong root system and healthy grass. Our yard looks better than it has in years. I can not say enough good about the service we receive. Their office staff is very friendly and accommodating as well.

Excellent service. They've treated our new home on three occasions now. They're always on time and there haven't been any difficulties with the service. Our lawn is greening up nicely and we've had less weeds than I expected for a brand new yard. We're also not seeing any lawn pests. This is exactly what I was hoping for when we hired them.

I used the coupon from Angie's List to start up a quarterly treatment program. The immediate issue was the sugar ants we had in the house. The technician arrived on time as scheduled, and applied the ant baits. We watched the little guys gather up around the little dots and then a couple of days later, we didn't see them anymore. So far, no ants have returned. The technician did explain that we may still see some roaches, silverfish, and earwigs, but that they would go away with a couple of weeks. We have found a couple of roaches on their backs, as well as a couple of earwigs, so I suspect we will not be seeing many more. All in all, the treatment they provided has worked, and we will continue to use their services. We may even look at their lawn care services at some point as well.

They're great. They are well regarded company, I had discovered when I first investigated pricing was different from places for different contracts, I just like the way they handled their business and they've been very reliable as far as my quarterly pest thing and annual termite inspection. I'll continue using them unless they go out of business.

Excellent. He did exactly what I asked him to do and told us the truth when he could have just as easily told us we had something wrong. Gave us an estimate with a detailed report and now we will decide if we need lawn service since we were assured what we were worrying about was not a problem.

I've used Peninsular for years. They're very reliable. Iuse them for termite control and pest control. I recently added their lawn service because I was so disappointed with my other service provider. This was the first lawn treatment, so I'll know more in a few months. But overall I've been very pleased with Peninsular.

They have only come twice so far, but we noticed improvement in our lawn right away. The invoice and online payment options make it super easy. Will continue to use their services.

First, I must say that I am a long-time customer of Peninsular, and my parents were Peninsular customers too. I live in a fairly new neighborhood, but I'm one of the few people who has not had termites. I thank Peninsular for that. Today was the day for my yearly inside inspection. Teddy arrived, quietly and professionally introduced himself, and immediately began his inspection. It's important to note that every inspector who has come to my house has been very respectful and inspects my home in a non-intrusive manner. Teddy quickly checked the baseboards and walls. (The annual inspection not only checks for termites, but one inspector found rotten wood in a small area on my house. Thanks to him, I was able to correct the small problem before it became a huge problem.) After Teddy checked the inside of the house, he went outside to check the outer perimeter. As usual, no problems were found. Thank you, Peninsular, for another termite-free year!
