It went well, I had a bad flea infestation and they came out twice within a month to spray. After spending hundreds on at home treatments, only peninsular fixed the problem. They were really nice about it too. I'll be calling them this year too, for extended treatment into my lawn

I was having a problem with insects on my lawn, and the company has eliminated that issue, which was the reason I hired them. The service was timely, and performed as agreed.

This company has treated my home for 15 years. I just returned after a 2.5 yr absence, and tenants left my house infested with fleas, rodents, spiders and bugs. Peninsular's bid was much less than Bugout Pest Control. Plus, Peninsular takes a customer service attitude. They treat me like a friend, and seem to be personally invested in my problem. They return as often as is necessary to provide satisfaction, with a real old fashioned customer appreciation attitude. Andy Graves was my technician.

We just moved in and our yard is pretty bad, so they are doing yard work for us. They are very friendly and do a wonderful job, and what they are doing works, and we don't have a complaint with them. We will continue to use them in the future.

Tey are responsive. They always leave me a note with an explanation of the work. They are very conscientious.

Honesty is the most striking feature of Peninsular representatives. I would hire them again. A few times I called them to provide an extra treatment in order to further control weed growth. They quickly responded. My lawn's picture could have graced a lawn-care catalog: lush and bright green. This is not easy in the scorching Florida sun. My neighbor said my lawn was the best in the area. I agreed.

He is always very nice. He is prompt and is always here when he says that he's going to be here. If something comes up, I have no problem rescheduling with him.

Was contacted a day or 2 prior to set up the time. Service tech arrived in the scheduled window and did outside service first (spraying and removing any cobwebs from both front & rear patio), then sprayed inside along all baseboards. He answered my question about how long to keep the dogs confined to let the spray dry.

They did try to upsell on service but everything was fine after they put down traps. There are no longer any problems with the ants.

We have been with them for years and I have been happy with them. They are only good in certain areas, but they are really good at some things. They haven’t changed their price in a long time, but I’m sure they will have to soon because the cost of the chemicals has gone up. They have hired some new people but I called to complain and they sent the old people back. That was the only bump in the road but they took care of it. They have been in the area for a long time and I have had good experiences with them. They are very professional, punctual, and courteous. They do everyone on our street; they are pretty popular around here.

They charge $55 every two months. They have done a good job, and the lawn is really healthy. They come when they say they are going to come. I have no issues at all. I have used others who were more expensive than Peninsular.

Our yard never looked better. We have had them for about a year and they have done a real good job. Though we only have had them for a year but any time we have had a problem they have send somebody out to look at it. Like we had some weeds in the back and they came out and sprayed for the weeds. However, they always send somebody to come out and look at it. They are very professional. They call back right away when I call them. It seems like everybody that they send out really understands what they are talking about. We have had some; I do not think they really knew what they were doing. It was bad. However, Peninsular Pest Control Service is doing very good. The overall experience is excellent. In terms of price, they are very competitive with the others. It is the same as everybody else. I would use their services again in the future.

PENISULAR PEST CONTROL SVC INC. has been with me for 10 years. I have never had any problems. Their prices are reasonable. I have no bugs.

We pay separately for the inside and the out. The inside was $75 and the outside is $48 per month. They are very good.

We now have a year-long service contract with them because we were happy with their work.

So far so good. It has only been 5 or 6 weeks. They have done a good job so far.

Went great. So far I have no complaints about the service. If we do have problems they said they would come back out and re-treat with no further cost.

We wanted to maintain our new house and lawn to look good and remain free (as possible) of pests, termites. The house had been vacant; but maintained relatively well for about six months. Some varmints had breeched the soffit vents, the lawn showed many weed intrusions along with fungus and moths, and finally the outdoor bugs were making their way into the house. Fortunately, there were no signs of termites. I found Peninsular on Angies List and gave them a call. The company representative came out to give me a quote for a termite bond, periodic lawn maintenance, and house pest control. He went over my house and lawn with a fine tooth comb. This visit lasted several hours. I felt like I had received a masters class in lawn and house pest control. I signed the contracts for the termite bond/ treatment, lawn maintenance, and house pest control. Within days the lawn was treated, the termite technician had treated the perimeter of the house with a trench and drill approach, and the house pest control technician came out and treated the outside and inside of the house. I feel very good about Peninsular - The Service Coordinator was extremely knowledgeable and helped me the homeowner understand the important issues going forward in lawn and house maintenance - The technicians who performed the services were punctual, professional, and experienced. - The House pest control technician was very helpful and pleasant. - Finally, I have three points of contact with Peninsular. The office, the Service Coordinator, and the House pest control technician. Each one helpful and knowledgeable

I called at the last minute to have my house treated for both bugs and termite protection. They were able to set up a date within a week. Two different service guys arrived (as scheduled) - one for the bugs and one for the termites. They were both on time and professional. The bug guy even check my attic for me to make sure that there were not any larger critters in my attic. I have not seen any live bugs since the treatment. Overall I am very happy with their service.

Went well as the showed up when they were supposed to. Did a good job explaining. Came back a couple of times to check on the bait and also resprayed for bugs when we saw that some were still around.

They call first so that they don't scare us or the dog, and he always comes in the morning. We had a terrible Palmetto bug problem in the house, but we don't have them in the house any longer. That's a testament to how they do their job.

They do not treat the inside of the house every time. I like that if you see any pest activity that you can call them and they will come out right away. They provide reliable service.
