It was satisfactory. I don’t think they do a whole lot for their $75.00, but we don’t have near as many bugs as we used them. He spends about a half hour.

They have done work for us for years. Their service has been fine. They call and let me know they are coming.

I have used them for years and years. They have been great. I don’t have to worry about them. They never let my dog out. I am happy with them. I think the price is fair and the work is good.

They are okay. They do basic services, but you do need to be specific in letting them know what you want. You should let them know if there are any particular weeds you want them to take care of. They are very prompt and show up when they are supposed to. It helps if you are more knowledgeable. Unless you ask, they do just general services. They are very nice. They are a good company, but they just don’t cover specifics.

We have had them forever. I haven’t ever tried anyone else. They seem pretty thorough. We never have to spray for roaches or anything; the termite spray must take care of a lot of things.

They did a good job. I am also having them do my yard for weed and feed as well as treat for other creatures. I had some weeds that were refusing to die and they are coming back out to retreat next week. They are spot on and make sure you are happy.

We have been pleased with our yearly termite contract and the one time we had an infestation the response was quick and thorough. The most current contract for quarterly treatment of household pests has been satisfactory to this point. It got to the point where we could not eliminate the bugs ourselves because of aging and decided to contract with Peninsular because of our experience with the termite treatment. When we had a “roach sighting” for several days and called for extra treatment, they responded quickly and solved the problem. This last service is still in its early stages, so we will be able to tell better if it is successful after a few more months.

We have had them for years. We even use them at our business. Their service has been fine. We have had the same tech for years and years; but recently did get a new one. It just seems like they do not have a huge turn over. That makes me think they are a good company to work for. They always give very good service. They show up when they are supposed to. They do what they are supposed to. They do the perimeter of the house, so they don’t have to come in. Whatever they use works, I very seldom see any bugs. At our last residence they issued a termite bond and the bond was transferable.

I don’t have any problems with them. They were very competent in what they were doing. They did come back a month later when they started to come back. We have been free from the palmetto bugs for a few months now.

It is good. This is the first year I have had them, but it has been okay so far.

I have no problems with them at this point. When I did have a problem, I went directly to them and they tried hard to get it fixed. I am called in advanced and a time is set up. So far they have always been on time. I have been with them for years.

They do fine work. They are very good. They do inspections on a regular basis. They let us know ahead of time that they are coming and they come when they say they are coming. They make it easy; I don’t even have to be here. They are trustworthy.

I had to call them back to my rental home after their 1st spraying. The home at 1st had 10,000 German Cockroaches that the previous tenant forgot to take with her. They sprayed the 1st time and let me know, if they need to come back, they will. Being close to the 1st of the month and I had to rent the home, I asked them to come back to spray again since I saw a considerable amount less roaches but I was still seeing some that had not walked through or touched the 1st sprayed area. If you know anything about German Cockroaches, they are mean bugger to get rid of. My tenant must have had them breading for years and you are not going to get rid of them in one spraying. So, I called early one morning and George from the company answered. He asked if I would like to get on the schedule the next day and I shared my problem, I was trying to show and rent the home and if they could fit me in, I would like to see them today. I told him I worked on the Southside of Jax but the home was on the Westside. He offered to come get my house key in 45 min., have the house treated and he would have the tech leave the key on the counter and lock up. I was astonished that they would help me not take me away from my regular work day to drive 45 min, have them treat, and drive 45 min. back. I loved it and I would use them again, anytime! Great customer service. Oh, I have no more bugs now after the 2nd treatment but I will keep up quarterly as they suggest!!! Great work!!!!

We love them! They are always so polite and so nice. We have dogs and they are so cautious to make sure they do not leave the gate open. Whenever there is a problem they are always very quick to come out and fix the issue.

They do a good job with the work. My lawn looks good and my home is free of bugs.

The spraying for the pests is great, but as far was what they do for my lawn, I am not happy. I feel like I have more weeds now than I did before they did their work. The grades in this report strictly reflect their pest control service.

Peninsular Pest Control are great, Donna was very helpful and very prompt and getting all the information i needed. Rick, my tech, was polite, punctual and also great helping me understand what he was doing. I will be recommending the company to my friends. Thank you again
