I did not want to comment until I had several experiences with this company. They have been very responsive. Initially came out when scheduled on time, very knowledgeable about unusual grass (sea dwarf) and willing to work with it. I have had a very bad infestation with with flies and when I called they responded quickly. For scheduled service, they came without my having to call and they performed a very good service.

They were recomended by, Sole Eascape, who replaced the sod in my front yard. They have been out here already to service the lawn and I will continue to use their service. They are licensed to perform services year-round, which is very important.

They are on time and get everything done quickly.

Office calls a couple days in advance. Technician always arrives on time and completes the job without supervision.

They are excellent. My husband and are very pleased with the service. We have been told that our lawn is the prettiest one on our street.

Having been a home owner for over a decade, I have gone through at least 5 of the "big" companies in Jacksonville that have all been the same. They started strong, then got more lazy each visit to a point where I didn't even know if they were actually spraying chemicals or just water. In my opinion, the majority of these companies are surviving solely on their national presence, or the lawn chemicals that they happen to manufacturer. When we purchased a new home and put a brand new lawn in, I turned to Angie's List to find a lawn spray company who other people were happy with. I choose Peninsular based on other's reviews. I couldn't be more happy so far. Our spray tech is VERY thorough. He also recently noticed what could be the beginning of a dollar weed issue, and proactively elected to come back out in 3 weeks to spray again to make sure it didn't become a problem. Their pricing is very comparable (or better) than most of the other companies I have used. The only difference is that they actually do a good job. In closing, it is very refreshing to have someone working on your home who actually appears to truly care about the level of service they are providing.Just based on a few visits, I already have neighbors gawking and inquiring about who we use. I think we found a winner!

I am very pleased with the early results. The weeds are gone and my grass is looking much, much better this season. They always send the same technician and he is very knowledgeable. It's a plus that he is also very friendly. Overall the results are far superior to what I experienced with another company and the price is approximately 10% lower.

I used Angie's List to make my determination to pick this company, they by far had the best ranking by anyone who had used them. We just signed up with them last month for services, we have a pretty big yard. They have only been here once. I also referred them to a coworker and I will get a $15 discount last month because of that. The price is competitive but I was looking for quality. We just put all new sod and sprinklers in and their service greened everything up. They came out really quick and came to treat when they said they were going to be here and we really like that. I have nothing but good things to say about Peninsular Pest Control Inc. so far. When the guy came out to talk with us he was sharp, clean, nice and had a new looking truck. We signed up for somewhat of a contract for 8 treatments for a year, so far we have been impressed.

Their service has been fine. If something doesn’t look right to usor there is a problem they will send someone out right away to look at it. We have been very pleased. They come every other month and it is cheaper in the long run compared to the person we had before that came monthly.

They raised their prices for doing the house so high that my husband had to tell them not to come back. We don’t have to call them, they just appear. If we are not here, they leave a note saying that they were here. Obviously we are not enamored with them. If we leave them and go to another company, then they are going to charge us thousands of dollars to re inspect the property and make sure there are no termites and that’s the reason we stayed with Peninsular Pest Control Service. I would use them in the future.

They were always friendly. The technician let me know they were here and give a courtesy call to let me know he was coming out. When he first started he introduced himself. The weeds stayed away for the most part. We ended up cancelling to do the treatments ourselves. The guy I first met with to discuss the services always came when it was convenient for me. They always worked well with me. Overall I was pleased with them; we just wanted to save some money. They do guarantee their work and will come back out if you call them.

They have done work for us for 20 years. Their service works out good. They are an established company and have been here a long time. Their service came with the house when I bought the house. The lady that owned the house previously used their service.

Their service was fine. We have had them for a couple of years. We don’t have any complaints at all. They have done a wonderful job.

They have upgraded their pest and termite since we have started using them. They have modernized their system which makes it easier for the technicians when they come out. They have bait sensors they put in the ground and they can see if they have been eaten upon. They have sound system that sends out a sound wave that lets them know if the density of the wood has changed. It makes it easier to monitor for the technicians. The technician that came out for the lawn maintenance seems good. We just expanded that service. It is the same technician each time.
