Description of Work: Called them on 4/23/12 at 7:09 am, they were at my rental home at 8:11 am. Mike the tech. from his company knew exactly how to attack and treat my home and Angel on the phone that set up the appt. was very nice, thorough, and went a step beyond customer service to take care of my immediate needs. My tenant left my home with 10,000 german roaches and I self treated myself for 20 days and killed 9000 of them when I should have called this company from day one to take care of the problem. So far, I am happy with the treatment but being roaches, I am sure I will need continued treatments to cure the ongoing issue.

Description of Work: I contacted 4 different termite control companies, and Peninsular did the most thorough inspection (found old damage that the others missed) and offered the best price. They were polite, on time, and helpful answering questions. They did trenching inside my crawl space which the other companies didn't even offer, and weren't put off by my home being both old (1924) and having heavy vegetation. Overall it was an easy, low stress experience, and I would recommend them to others without hesitation.

Description of Work: I actually inquired thru their online services and Donna called me within the hour. She was very nice and punctual. They set up a gentlemen by the name of Mike Brand, who came out to the house that day and was able to work around my schedule, which was very awesome. Mike was very nice and very knowledgeable, he let me know he had worked for Peninsular for 30 years and his knowledge would tell you that. He was very friendly, nice, down to earth. I wasnt worried about him being in my home, he worked with me on the costs and was just a all around nice guy. We scheduled an appt for the following week for both pest and termite services, two different people. I was the first customer of the day, on that scheduled day. When the day arrived the pest gentleman Cory was awesome, he arrived on time and was early like i asked if they could be able to. He was very nice, warmly and also very knowledgeable and even took a chance of petting my chiuhuaha..lol..I would def recommend Cory to anyone, very nice guy. However, the termite guy was 4 minutes from being an hour late. I had to call the office twice, the office could not even get in touch with him, so i let them know if he doesnt show within ten minutes, im cancelling. Well, he showed finally 5 minutes later. Thie guy was nice, his customer service was very good, but his punctuality not so much. I had to call the office and inform the Manager Todd, whom he was very nice and let me know he would take care of it, because their company doesnt believe in being late and so forth. It was the fact that the termite guy told me he was late because he was taking care of his personal business, it would have been different if it was a flat tire or so forth. The pest guy Cory, awesome. Just be careful of the Termite guy, especially if you dont want to wait.

Description of Work: We hae used Penninsular for years for termite control and bugs inside our house. Now we have added them to spray and fertilize our lawn. They sent a very knowledgeable appraiser and two days later the lawn was sprayed. The service is a yearly contract.
